Get your weekend started right with a fun and friendly evening! We’re hosting a casual get-together featuring good food, great company, and a bit of friendly competition. Unwind and enjoy the start of your weekend with friends and fellow guests. Savor a classic Philly Cheese Steak, oozing with cheese and packed with flavor, or try one of our other specialty sandwiches paired with a delicious side. The meal costs only $8.00.

At 6:00 PM, get ready for some brain-teasing fun with our trivia event! Teams of two can compete to answer a variety of questions. The team with the most correct answers will win a prize! Get your thinking caps on and prepare for a night of laughter and friendly competition. Don’t worry if you’re not a trivia expert – it’s all about having a good time! We can’t wait to see you there for an evening of relaxation, great food, and friendly competition. It’s the perfect way to kick off your weekend!

Friday, September 4th

5:30 pm – Social Hour & Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for a fun evening of bingo! On tonight’s menu: Smoked wings, potato salad, beer, wine, and kid-friendly drinks. The meal costs only $5.00. Around 6:00 pm, we will transition into three or four fast-paced games of Bingo. Bingo cards are available at the door for $5.00 and are good for all games.

Saturday, September 5th

10:00 am – Family Craft – Polk Room

Get ready to make some music with the wind! This DIY wind chime turns everyday materials into a colorful, jingling masterpiece that sings with every breeze. With beads, strings, and a sprinkle of creativity, each wind chime becomes a one-of-a-kind creation that sparkles and dances in the air.

11:00 am – Jenga Tournament – Quad

Lets play Giant Jenga!  In this tournament players will take turns removing and placing blocks from a Jenga Tower until it collapses. The goal is to be the last player to successfully remove and place a block without causing the tower to fall. The winner of this tournament will win $25.00 in store credit.

12:00 pm – Cornhole Tournament – Quad

The first ten two-person teams who sign up will enjoy a single-elimination format of tournament cornhole. The winning team receives a $25.00 Amazon gift card. Please sign your team up at the office.

1:00 pm – Slip n’ Slide – Quad

Lets dive into the ultimate summer thrill! The slip and slide turns any sunny day into a splash-filled adventure packed with laughter, speed, and nonstop fun!

2:00 pm – Water Limbo – Quad

Join us for water limbo! No crawling or ducking—only leaning back counts. If the water hits you, you’re out! Keep lowering the stream until one flexible, splash-free champion remains!

3:00 pm – Super Soaker Hay Ride – Quad

Kids will board the hay wagon, carrying their mega water squirter. Bins of water on the wagon will keep the kids squirting at the RVers, who have hoses aimed at the wagon to squirt back! This is a kids vs adults competition to see who gets totally drenched!

6:00 pm – Saturday Dinner – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for a classic Southern-style BBQ featuring: smoked ribs, pit beans, mac & cheese, coleslaw, and a Delicious dessert

Sunday, September 6th

It’s time to dive into a world of color and creativity with clay. From silly creatures to cool shapes and imaginative designs, every twist and press brings something new to life!

11:00 am – Hot Potato  – Quad

-Lets play Water Balloon Hot Potato! Everyone stands in a circle and passes a water balloon as fast as they can while music plays. When the music suddenly stops, the player holding the balloon is out and has to pop it over their head! A new balloon is tossed in and the game continues until only one champion remains.

12:00 pm – Izzy Dizzy – Polk Room

Gather around for Izzy Dizzy! Grab a bat and place your forehead on the top, then spin around it 10 times as fast as you can. Once you’re good and dizzy, pick up a tray filled with water and race forward without spilling! The player who makes it the farthest while keeping the most water on their tray wins!

1:00 pm – Chili Cook-Off – Jefferson Event Center

Fire up those pots and grab the spoons—it’s time for the ultimate flavor face-off! The Chili Cook-Off is heating up with bold spices, secret recipes, and a whole lot of friendly competition. From smoky and sweet to fiery and fierce, every pot tells a story of creativity and taste. Who will claim the title of Chili Champion? Get ready for sizzling aromas, hearty laughs, and a feast that’s sure to spice up the day. Let the cook-off begin!

2:00 pm – Tug of War – Quad

Lets get ready for Tug of War! Two teams face off, gripping the rope with fierce determination, every muscle primed for action. Who will pull their way to victory and claim the glory? Let the Tug of War begin!

3:00 pm – Adult Craft – Polk Room

Join us as we explore the art of candle painting using vibrant colored wax. This hands-on activity is a wonderful way to unwind, express your creativity, and create a beautifully personalized candle to take home.
