Madison Vines RV Resort & Cottages was built on a simple promise: Create a campground families would love so much, they’d return year after year. From the beginning, our focus has been on exceptional facilities, memorable activities, and genuine hospitality. Nestled in the gentle wooded hills at the foot of Virginia’s Blue Ridge Mountains, our resort offers easy access to miles of scenic hiking trails, more than 30 wineries, and over 20 craft breweries.

That commitment to quality was recognized in our very first year when the Good Sam Campground Guide awarded Madison Vines its perfect rating, an honor earned by only about 1% of the more than 7,000 campgrounds they evaluate across the United States each year.

We achieved that distinction by investing in every detail. Our handcrafted Amish-built cottages, spacious graveled RV sites, resort-style swimming pool, 16-foot heated spa, four pickleball courts, beach volleyball court, fitness center, fishing pond, and recreation hall were all designed to create an unforgettable guest experience.

Today, Madison Vines welcomes families, couples, and extended-stay guests year-round. Guests enjoy cozy heated cottages, a 102°F spa, and a full calendar of activities, including bingo, hay rides, arts and crafts, trivia, live entertainment, DJ pool parties, and family events. From New Year’s celebrations to our beloved Polar Express weekend, our signature holiday events often sell out months in advance.
