5:00 pm – Social Hour & Trivia – Fillmore Pizza Parlor

Get your weekend started right with a fun and friendly evening! We’re hosting a casual get-together featuring good food, great company, and a bit of friendly competition. Unwind and enjoy the start of your weekend with friends and fellow guests. Savor a classic Philly Cheese Steak, oozing with cheese and packed with flavor, or try one of our other specialty sandwiches paired with a delicious side. The meal costs only $8.00.

At 6:00 PM, get ready for some brain-teasing fun with our trivia event! Teams of two can compete to answer a variety of questions. The team with the most correct answers will win a prize! Get your thinking caps on and prepare for a night of laughter and friendly competition. Don’t worry if you’re not a trivia expert – it’s all about having a good time! We can’t wait to see you there for an evening of relaxation, great food, and friendly competition. It’s the perfect way to kick off your weekend!

Friday, September 18th

5:30 pm – Social Hour & Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for a fun evening of bingo! On tonight’s menu: Chipotle Carnitas (pork) Tacos and Rice. The meal costs only $5.00. Around 6:00 pm, we will transition into three or four fast-paced games of Bingo. Bingo cards are available at the door for $5.00 and are good for all games.

Saturday, September 19th

10:00 am – Family Craft – Polk Room

It’s time for Sand Art — where every layer tells a story, and every design shines bright. Pour carefully, mix boldly, and watch as patterns form with every shake and swirl. Whether it’s stripes, waves, or spirals, there’s no wrong way to create!

11:00 am – Spoons – Quad

Come play spoons! Players take turns trying to collect a four-of-a-kind. Once someone does, everyone tries to grab a spoon. Without a spoon, you get a letter. If a player spells “S-P-O-O-N”, they’re out! The last player standing wins!

12:00 pm – Up or Down – Quad

Welcome to the ultimate showdown… UP OR DOWN! Get ready for heart-pounding action, fast hands, and fierce teamwork—because this game is about to crank the energy all the way up. The rules are simple, it’s a timed team competition where players flip cups to face either up or down. Two teams are formed, with one team flipping cups to face up and the other flipping them face down. The team with the most cups facing their direction at the end of the time limit wins the round! 

1:00 pm – Cornhole Tournament – Basketball Court

The first ten two-person teams who sign up will enjoy a single-elimination format of tournament cornhole. The winning team receives a $25.00 Amazon gift card. Please sign your team up at the office.

2:00 pm – M&M Challenge – Polk Room

This game is definitely a messy one! Each person will have a plate with 10 M&M’s covered in whipped cream. You will put your hands behind your back and when given the signal to start, you will hunt for the M&M’s and eat them. The first person to all the M&M’s is the winner of a jar of M&M’s.

3:00 pm – Adult Craft – Polk Room

It’s time to turn an everyday hairbrush into a dazzling work of art! With a splash of color, a sprinkle of sparkle, and a whole lot of creativity, this craft transforms something ordinary into something totally unique.

6:00 pm – Saturday Dinner – Jefferson Event Center

Join Us at the Jefferson Event Center! Enjoy a delicious meal featuring: Enchiladas, Refried Beans, Spanish Rice, and Dessert.

Sunday, September 20th

9:00 am – Sunday Breakfast – Jefferson Event Center

Before you head home today, come on down to the Jefferson Event Center for a hearty breakfast. Enjoy Scrambled Eggs, Waffles, Fried Potatoes, Fresh Fruit, Juice and Coffee. All of this for only $8.00.
