5:30 pm – Social Hour and Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

Come and enjoy Chicken Stir Fry with White Rice.  The cost of the food is only $5.00. Around 6:00 pm, we will transition into three to four fast-paced games of bingo. Bingo cards are $5.00 cash at the door and are good for all games.

7:00 – 8:00 pm – S’mores and Games – Fillmore Pizza Parlor

Join us at the Fillmore Pizza Parlor to enjoy S’mores by the campfire. There will be games like Uno, Scrabble, and Jenga available! S’mores packs will be available to purchase.

Saturday, September 13th

10:00 am – Wine Cork Pumpkin Craft – Polk Craft Room

Wondering what to do with all those spare corks you have hanging around? Why not make a wine cork pumpkin to celebrate fall? Come to the Polk Craft room to make crafts. All materials will be provided and the cost of this craft is $8.00. Please be sure to sign up in the office.

11:00 am – Free Throw Contest – Basketball Courts

This will be a simple, straightforward competition. Whoever makes the most out of 15 free throw shots wins. This competition will be divided into two flights: children 16 and under and adults. The winner of each flight will get a Free Pizza Gift Certificate.

1:30 pm – Cornhole Tournament – Quad

The first ten two-person teams who sign up will enjoy a single elimination format of tournament cornhole. The winning team receives a $25.00 gift card. Please sign your team up at the office.

2:00 pm – Paint your Partner Challenge – Polk Craft Room

Meet us at the Polk Craft Room for a fun challenge: paint a portrait of your partner or friend! All materials will be provided! The cost for this activity will be $10.00 per person and you must sign up in the office.

3:30 pm – Photo Scavenger Hunt – Madison Office

Join us for a delightful and interesting “Photo Scavenger Hunt” to find Madison Vines’ Treasures scattered throughout the property! All kids under 18 who participate and complete the list will enjoy a free ice cream cone from our Fillmore Ice Cream & Pizza Parlor.

4:30 pm – Ducard Wine Tasting – Jefferson Event Center

 Enjoy wine from this Award-winning Mountainside Vineyard and Winery that is just minutes from Madison Vines. We will be pairing wines with our amazing Charcuterie boards and dinner to follow.

6:00 pm – Surf & Turf – Jefferson  Event Center

This sophisticated yet simple, Surf and Turf is the best dinner ever! Buttery, tender lobster tail pairs famously with perfectly cooked ribeye steaks along with Spring Mix Salad, Tomatoes, Feta and Cucumber, Croissant and Chocolate Mousse. All for only $25.00.

7:00pm – Live Music – Jefferson Patio

Grab your chairs, blankets and don’t forget those ice-cold drinks for an evening under the stars with live music by Tommy Wood.

Sunday, September 14th

9:00am – Sunday Breakfast Galore – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for Hot off the Griddle Pancakes, Biscuits and Gravy, Croissants, Danishes, fresh fruit, juices, coffee and Kaluha will also be served. All for only $8.00!
