5:00 pm – Social Hour & Trivia – Fillmore Pizza Parlor

Get your weekend started right with a fun and friendly evening! We’re hosting a casual get-together featuring good food, great company, and a bit of friendly competition. Unwind and enjoy the start of your weekend with friends and fellow guests. Savor a classic Philly Cheese Steak, oozing with cheese and packed with flavor, or try one of our other specialty sandwiches paired with a delicious side. The meal costs only $8.00.

At 6:00 PM, get ready for some brain-teasing fun with our trivia event! Teams of two can compete to answer a variety of questions. The team with the most correct answers will win a prize! Get your thinking caps on and prepare for a night of laughter and friendly competition. Don’t worry if you’re not a trivia expert – it’s all about having a good time! We can’t wait to see you there for an evening of relaxation, great food, and friendly competition. It’s the perfect way to kick off your weekend!

Friday, September 11th

5:30 pm – Social Hour & Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for a fun evening of bingo! On tonight’s menu: Ravioli with Marinara or Alfredo and Garlic Bread. The meal costs only $5.00. Around 6:00 pm, we will transition into three or four fast-paced games of Bingo. Bingo cards are available at the door for $5.00 and are good for all games.

Saturday, September 12th

10:00 am – Family Craft – Polk Room

Get ready to squeeze, squish, and smile! This DIY squish ball craft is all about hands-on fun and creativity. With just a few simple materials, it’s easy to make colorful, squishy stress balls that are perfect for fidgeting and relaxing.

11:00 am – Giant Jenga – Quad

Lets play Giant Jenga!  In this tournament players will take turns removing and placing blocks from a Jenga Tower until it collapses. The goal is to be the last player to successfully remove and place a block without causing the tower to fall. The winner of this tournament will win $25.00 in store credit.

12:00 pm – Ax Throwing – Quad

After a fun game of Jenga, warm up your axe throwing arm! Axe throwing is where precision meets adrenaline, and every throw brings a rush of excitement.

1:00 pm – Free Throw Contest – Basketball Court

This will be a simple, straightforward competition. We will have three different age groups: 8 & under, 9-16 years, and 17 & over. The guest who makes the most free throws out of 15 in each group will win a $15 gift certificate to the Madison Vines Store.

2:00 pm – Candy Bar Bingo – Polk Room

Stop by our store and purchase a candy bar and join us for a sweet game of Candy Bar Bingo. It’s like regular bingo, only you are playing for sweet treats. If you have a sweet tooth, this game is definitely for you.

3:00 pm – Adult Craft – Polk Room

Get ready to unleash your inner artist, ignite your imagination, and let the rhythm of good vibes guide your brush! We are having a Sip and Paint! This is your canvas, your night, your masterpiece. Let’s paint it unforgettable!

6:00 pm – Saturday Dinner – Jefferson Event Center

Join Us at the Jefferson Event Center! Enjoy a delicious meal featuring: Hibachi Grilled Chicken or Shrimp, Fried Rice and Vegetables, Japanese Soup, and Dessert.

Sunday, September 13th

9:00 am – Sunday Breakfast – Jefferson Event Center

Before you head home today, come on down to the Jefferson Event Center for a hearty breakfast. Enjoy Scramble Eggs, Sausage, Fried Potatoes, Fresh Fruit, Juice and Coffee. All of this for only $8.00.

Please purchase your $8.00 meal tickets by noon Sunday at the office.
