7:00 pm – Witches Walk – Starts at the Fillmore Pizza Parlor
Witches’ Walk: A Spooky Journey to the Cemetery
On a misty autumn evening, a coven of witches gathered at the edge of the ancient forest. Cloaked in midnight robes and carrying lanterns that flickered with enchanted light, they began their walk toward the old cemetery, where secrets and spirits awaited.
As they stepped beneath the twisted branches, the forest seemed to come alive. Shadows danced along the path, and the wind whispered warnings through the leaves. The witches moved carefully, their senses alert for any sign of danger.
Along the way, they watched for ghosts—restless souls that drifted between the trees, their forms pale and shimmering. Some ghosts wept softly, while others glided silently, their eyes glowing with memories of the past. The witches offered quiet words of respect, knowing that kindness could keep the spirits at bay.
But not all the forest’s inhabitants were so gentle. Goblins lurked in the underbrush, their eyes gleaming with mischief. They darted out from behind tree trunks, trying to startle the witches with cackles and tricks. The witches, wise to their games, waved their wands and sent the goblins scurrying back into the shadows.
Finally, the witches reached the cemetery gates. The moon shone down, illuminating the ancient stones and casting long, eerie shadows. With courage and magic, the witches entered, ready to honor the spirits and complete their midnight ritual.
Tips for a Spooky Walk:
Carry a lantern or glowing orb to light your way. Move quietly and listen for unusual sounds. Show respect to any spirits you encounter. Keep a charm or spell ready in case of goblin mischief. Travel with friends—there’s safety in numbers! The witches’ walk through the forest is a journey of bravery, magic, and respect for the mysteries of the night.

Get ready for a sweet and spirited challenge with the Candy Corn Relay Race! Participants will be divided into teams based on the number of players. Each team will have two bowls—one filled with candy corn and one empty—placed at opposite ends of the playing area. When the race begins, the first player from each team grabs a spoon, runs to the bowl filled with candy corn, scoops up a few pieces, and carefully races back to dump them into their team’s empty bowl.
