Get your weekend started right with a fun and friendly evening! We’re hosting a casual get-together featuring good food, great company, and a bit of friendly competition. Unwind and enjoy the start of your weekend with friends and fellow guests. Savor a classic Philly Cheese Steak, oozing with cheese and packed with flavor, or try one of our other specialty sandwiches paired with a delicious side. The meal costs only $8.00.

At 6:00 PM, get ready for some brain-teasing fun with our trivia event! Teams of two can compete to answer a variety of questions. The team with the most correct answers will win a prize! Get your thinking caps on and prepare for a night of laughter and friendly competition. Don’t worry if you’re not a trivia expert – it’s all about having a good time! We can’t wait to see you there for an evening of relaxation, great food, and friendly competition. It’s the perfect way to kick off your weekend!

Friday, October 2nd

5:30 pm – Social Hour & Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for a fun evening of bingo! On tonight’s menu: Stir Fry Chicken and Rice. The meal costs only $5.00. Around 6:00 pm, we will transition into three or four fast-paced games of Bingo. Bingo cards are available at the door for $5.00 and are good for all games.

Saturday, October 3rd

10:00 am – Family Craft – Polk Room

Get ready for a fall-filled craft that’s bursting with color and creativity! This fun project starts with a handful of bright, crunchy leaves and ends with a festive pumpkin masterpiece. Gather leaves of every shape and shade, glue them together, and watch the magic happen as they transform into a one-of-a-kind autumn pumpkin.

11:00 am – Pumpkin Bowling – Quad

Roll into some fall fun with a game that’s full of laughs, cheers, and a little friendly competition! Pumpkin Bowling takes the classic game everyone loves and gives it a festive twist. Grab a pumpkin, line up the pins, and see who can knock down the most with their best roll!

12:00 pm – Pumpkin Ring Toss – Quad

Step right up for a fall favorite that’s full of laughter, cheers, and a little friendly challenge! Pumpkin Ring Toss is the perfect mix of skill and seasonal fun. Grab a ring, take aim, and see if it can land right over the pumpkin stem. Whoever gets the best score wins!

12:30 pm – Axe Throwing – Quad

After a fun game of pumpkin ring toss, warm up your axe throwing arm! Axe throwing is where precision meets adrenaline, and every throw brings a rush of excitement.

1:00 pm – Ping Pong Toss – Basketball Court

Bubble, bounce, and toss into some spooky fun! Cauldron Ping Pong Toss is a magical mix of skill, laughter, and Halloween spirit. Grab a handful of ping pong balls, aim for the bubbling cauldrons, and see how many land inside. Each toss brings cheers, giggles, and maybe even a little witchy luck. 

2:00 pm – Kickball Darts – Quad

Join us to experience the ultimate fusion of fun and games! Madison Vines is thrilled to host an exhilarating round of kickball darts, and you’re invited to be a part of the action. Join us at the quad for an afternoon filled with laughter, friendly competition, and unforgettable moments. Kickball darts combines the classic game of kickball with the precision and strategy of darts. Instead of aiming for a traditional dartboard, players kick the ball at a large target marked with scoring zones. It’s a game that requires both athletic skill and a keen eye, making it enjoyable for players of all levels!

3:00 pm – Adult Craft – Polk Room

-Lets end the day with a fun adult craft! This beaded pumpkin is the perfect blend of cozy fall vibes and hands-on creativity. This activity brings out the playful side of crafting. Grab the beads, sip on some wine, and let the crafting fun begin!

6:00 pm – Saturday Dinner – Jefferson Event Center

Join Us at the Jefferson Event Center! Enjoy a delicious meal featuring: Smoked Baby Back Ribs, Pit Beans, Mac & Cheese, Green Beans, Cornbread, and Dessert.

9:00 am – Sunday Breakfast – Jefferson Event Center

Before you head home today, come on down to the Jefferson Event Center for a hearty breakfast. Enjoy Breakfast bowls with Scrambled Eggs, Bacon or Sausage, White Gravy, Fried Potatoes, Fresh Fruit, Juice and Coffee. All of this for only $8.00.
