At 6:00 PM, get ready for some brain-teasing fun with our trivia event! Teams of two can compete to answer a variety of questions. The team with the most correct answers will win a prize! Get your thinking caps on and prepare for a night of laughter and friendly competition. Don’t worry if you’re not a trivia expert – it’s all about having a good time! We can’t wait to see you there for an evening of relaxation, great food, and friendly competition. It’s the perfect way to kick off your weekend!

Friday, November 6th

5:30 pm – Social Hour & Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for a fun evening of bingo! On tonight’s menu: Hoosier Pork Tenderloins and Chips. The meal costs only $5.00. Around 6:00 pm, we will transition into three or four fast-paced games of Bingo. Bingo cards are available at the door for $5.00 and are good for all games.

Saturday, November 7th

10:00 am – Family Craft – Polk Room

Create a beautiful and meaningful display with a poppy flower craft, perfect for honoring remembrance days or celebrating the beauty of nature. This activity combines creativity with symbolism, as poppies represent peace, remembrance, and resilience.

11:00 am – Kickball Darts – Quad

Join us to experience the ultimate fusion of fun and games! Madison Vines is thrilled to host an exhilarating round of kickball darts, and you’re invited to be a part of the action. Join us at the quad for an afternoon filled with laughter, friendly competition, and unforgettable moments. Kickball darts combines the classic game of kickball with the precision and strategy of darts. Instead of aiming for a traditional dartboard, players kick the ball at a large target marked with scoring zones. It’s a game that requires both athletic skill and a keen eye, making it enjoyable for players of all levels!

12:00 pm – Giant Jenga – Quad

Lets play Giant Jenga!  In this tournament players will take turns removing and placing blocks from a Jenga Tower until it collapses. The goal is to be the last player to successfully remove and place a block without causing the tower to fall. The winner of this tournament will win $25.00 in store credit.

1:00 pm – Horseshoes – Horseshoe Pits

Enjoy a classic outdoor pastime with the timeless game of Horseshoes! Players take turns tossing horseshoes toward a metal stake driven into the ground, aiming to land as close as possible—or even ring the stake for maximum points.

2:00 pm – Cornhole Tournament – Horseshoe Pits

The first ten two-person teams who sign up will enjoy a single-elimination format of tournament cornhole. The winning team receives a $25.00 Amazon gift card. Please sign your team up at the office.

3:00 pm – Adult Craft – Polk Room

Create a stunning Beaded American Flag. This project combines creativity and national pride as participants design a portrait-style American flag using colorful beads. Each flag is formed by gluing red, white, and blue beads onto a sturdy surface to replicate the iconic stars and stripes.

6:00 pm – Saturday Dinner – Jefferson Event Center

Join Us at the Jefferson Event Center! Enjoy a delicious meal featuring: Smoked Whole Hogs, Pasta Salad, BBQ Beans, Coleslaw, Rolls, and Dessert.

Before you head home today, come on down to the Jefferson Event Center for a hearty breakfast. Enjoy Scrambled Eggs, Pancakes, Biscuits and Gravy, Fried Potatoes, Fresh Fruit, Juice and Coffee. All of this for only $8.00.
