Get your weekend started right with a fun and friendly evening! We’re hosting a casual get-together featuring good food, great company, and a bit of friendly competition. Unwind and enjoy the start of your weekend with friends and fellow guests. Savor a classic Philly Cheese Steak, oozing with cheese and packed with flavor, or try one of our other specialty sandwiches paired with a delicious side. The meal costs only $8.00.

At 6:00 PM, get ready for some brain-teasing fun with our trivia event! Teams of two can compete to answer a variety of questions. The team with the most correct answers will win a prize! Get your thinking caps on and prepare for a night of laughter and friendly competition. Don’t worry if you’re not a trivia expert – it’s all about having a good time! We can’t wait to see you there for an evening of relaxation, great food, and friendly competition. It’s the perfect way to kick off your weekend!

Friday, November 20th

5:30 pm – Social Hour & Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for a fun evening of bingo! On tonight’s menu: Taco Bar-Chicken or Beef with all the fixings. The meal costs only $5.00. Around 6:00 pm, we will transition into three or four fast-paced games of Bingo. Bingo cards are available at the door for $5.00 and are good for all games.

Saturday, November 21st

10:00 am – Family Craft – Polk Room

Celebrate creativity and color with a Marbled Feather Turkey Craft! This fun and hands-on activity lets kids design their own vibrant turkey feathers using shaving cream and dye, creating a one-of-a-kind Thanksgiving decoration!

11:00 am – Switch Game – Quad

Bring energy and teamwork to any event with the Cup Color Switch Game! This fast-paced activity challenges teams to think strategically, move quickly, and work together to collect every color cup before time runs out. To set up, arrange four tables—one for each team. Place a set of solid-colored cups on each table, with each table starting with only one color. The goal for every team is to collect at least one cup of each color by the end of the game. Teams can trade, swap, or strategize to get the colors they need, but they must act fast and communicate clearly. If a team ends up missing all four colors, they automatically move to the bottom and are eliminated. If two teams are missing all four colors, the team with the fewest total cups is out. The game continues until one team successfully collects all four cup colors on their table. That team is declared the Cup Color Switch Champion!

12:00 pm – Candy Corn Challenge – Quad

Add laughter and friendly competition to any event with the Candy Corn Spoon Race! This simple yet exciting game tests balance, focus, and speed—all with a sweet twist. To play, each participant will be given two bowls and a spoon. One bowl will be filled with candy corn and place the empty bowl a short distance away. Players must hold the spoon in their mouth and use it to transfer the candy corn pieces from the full bowl to the empty one—without using their hands. If a piece of candy corn falls, it must be picked up and returned to the starting bowl before continuing. The first player to successfully transfer all their candy corn wins the race! 

1:00 pm – Gaga Ball – Horseshoe Pits

Join us for Gaga Ball! Gaga Ball is a fast-paced, high-energy game that combines dodging, striking, running, and jumping—all inside a small, enclosed pit. All players start inside the pit, touching one of the walls. Someone throws the ball into the center, and everyone chants “Ga! Ga! Ball!” before the game begins. Players hit the ball with an open hand (no throwing or kicking).

The goal is to hit other players below the knees with the ball. If the ball touches you below the knees, you’re out and must leave the pit. If a player hits the ball out of the pit, they’re out. The last player remaining in the pit wins!

2:00 pm – Free Throw Challenge – Horseshoe Pits

This will be a simple, straightforward competition. Whoever makes the most out of 15 free throw shots wins. This competition will be divided into two flights: children 16 and under and adults. The winner of each flight will get a Free Pizza Gift Certificate.

3:00 pm – Adult Craft – Polk Room

-Create a unique and eye-catching fall decoration with a Puzzle Pumpkin Craft, perfect for adults who enjoy creative and hands-on projects. This craft transforms old puzzle pieces into a charming pumpkin that adds rustic flair to seasonal décor.

6:00 pm – Saturday Dinner – Jefferson Event Center

Join Us at the Jefferson Event Center! Enjoy a delicious meal featuring: Smoked Brisket, Mac & Cheese, Pit Beans, Rolls, and Dessert.

Sunday, November 22nd

9:00 am – Sunday Breakfast – Jefferson Event Center

Before you head home today, come on down to the Jefferson Event Center for a hearty breakfast. Ham and Cheese or Denver Omelets, Bacon, Fried Potatoes, Fresh Fruit, Juice and Coffee. All of this for only $8.00.

Please purchase your $8.00 meal tickets by noon Sunday at the office.
