Get your weekend started right with a fun and friendly evening! We’re hosting a casual get-together featuring good food, great company, and a bit of friendly competition. Unwind and enjoy the start of your weekend with friends and fellow guests. Savor a classic Philly Cheese Steak, oozing with cheese and packed with flavor, or try one of our other specialty sandwiches paired with a delicious side. The meal costs only $8.00.

At 6:00 PM, get ready for some brain-teasing fun with our trivia event! Teams of two can compete to answer a variety of questions. The team with the most correct answers will win a prize! Get your thinking caps on and prepare for a night of laughter and friendly competition. Don’t worry if you’re not a trivia expert – it’s all about having a good time! We can’t wait to see you there for an evening of relaxation, great food, and friendly competition. It’s the perfect way to kick off your weekend!

Friday, November 13th

5:30 pm – Social Hour & Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for a fun evening of bingo! On tonight’s menu: Hearty Grilled Cheese Sandwich with Tomato or Chicken Noodle Soup. The meal costs only $5.00. Around 6:00 pm, we will transition into three or four fast-paced games of Bingo. Bingo cards are available at the door for $5.00 and are good for all games.

Saturday, November 14th

10:00 am – Family Craft – Polk Room

Explore color and texture with a fun and creative Salt Painting! This simple art activity combines glue, salt, and watercolor to create vibrant, textured designs that sparkle and flow with color.

11:00 am – Big Foot Relay Race – Quad

Add laughter and excitement to any event with a Big Foot Relay Race! This playful activity combines teamwork, coordination, and plenty of fun as participants race while wearing oversized cardboard cutouts shaped like giant feet. There will be large foot-shaped bases from cardboard attached with straps or handles so racers can slip their feet in securely. Divide participants into teams and line them up at the starting line. When the signal is given, the first player from each team races to a designated point and back, and they must grab an object along the way. Once they grab the object, they will pass the “big feet” to the next teammate. The team that finishes the race first and has every player with the object wins!

12:00 pm – Bocce Ball – Quad

Get ready to roll into the fun with a thrilling game of Bocce Ball! Gather friends, form teams, and step onto the court for a mix of strategy, skill, and laughter.  Let the friendly competition begin—may the best team roll their way to victory!

1:00 pm – Axe Throwing – Horseshoe Pits

After a fun game of Jenga, warm up your axe throwing arm! Axe throwing is where precision meets adrenaline, and every throw brings a rush of excitement.

2:00 pm – Color Cup Challenge – Horseshoe Pits

Add suspense and excitement to any event with the Color Cup Elimination Game! In this fun and unpredictable activity, several cups are placed upside down on a table, each hiding a ping pong ball underneath. All the balls are the same color except for one that’s a different color. Players take turns choosing a cup and lifting it to reveal the hidden ball. The player who uncovers the different-colored ball is eliminated from the round. The remaining players continue playing, with the cups and balls reset each time, until only two participants remain. In the final round, the last two players face off head-to-head to see who can avoid picking the odd-colored ball. The last player standing is crowned the Color Cup Champion!

3:00 pm – Adult Craft – Polk Room

Create a warm, nature-inspired glow with a beautiful Leaf Lantern! This simple and creative craft combines the beauty of autumn leaves with the soft light of a lantern, perfect for decorating indoor or outdoor spaces.

6:00 pm – Saturday Dinner – Jefferson Event Center

Join Us at the Jefferson Event Center! Enjoy a delicious meal featuring: Smoked Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, Rolls, and Dessert.

Sunday, November 15th

9:00 am – Sunday Breakfast – Jefferson Event Center

Before you head home today, come on down to the Jefferson Event Center for a hearty breakfast. Enjoy Scrambled Eggs, Sausage, Waffles, Fried Potatoes, Fresh Fruit, Juice and Coffee. All of this for only $8.00.

Please purchase your $8.00 meal tickets by noon Sunday at the office.
