Savor a classic Philly Cheese Steak, oozing with cheese and packed with flavor, or try one of our other specialty sandwiches paired with a delicious side. The meal costs only $8.00.

At 6:00 PM, get ready for some brain-teasing fun with our trivia event! Teams of two can compete to answer a variety of questions. The team with the most correct answers will win a prize! Get your thinking caps on and prepare for a night of laughter and friendly competition. Don’t worry if you’re not a trivia expert – it’s all about having a good time! We can’t wait to see you there for an evening of relaxation, great food, and friendly competition. It’s the perfect way to kick off your weekend!

Friday, May 8th

5:30 pm – Social Hour & Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for a fun evening of bingo! On tonight’s menu: Pulled Pork Sliders with Potato Salad, beer, wine, and kid-friendly drinks. The meal costs only $5.00. Around 6:00 pm, we will transition into three or four fast-paced games of Bingo. Bingo cards are available at the door for $5.00 and are good for all games.

Saturday, May 9th

10:00 am – Family Craft – Polk Room

Create a custom vase and flower arrangement is a heartfelt way to celebrate Mother’s Day. This craft combines creativity and personal expression, resulting in a beautiful handmade gift that shows love and appreciation.

11:00 am – Corn Hole Tournament – Quad

The first ten two-person teams who sign up will enjoy a single-elimination format of tournament cornhole. The winning team receives a $25.00 Amazon gift card. Please sign your team up at the office.

12:00 pm – Mom’s Tea Party – Polk Room

After crafts let’s join Mom on the patio for a Tea Party! Relax and enjoy the beautiful outdoors while sipping on a variety of teas, coffee and juice, while snacking on delicious finger sandwiches and vegetable tray

1:00 pm – Adult Craft – Polk Room

A dried flower jewelry dish is a beautiful and functional craft that combines natural elegance with creativity. Perfect as a handmade gift or decorative piece, it’s ideal for holding rings, earrings, or small trinkets.

2:00 pm – Gaga Ball – Quad

Join us for Gaga Ball! Gaga Ball is a fast-paced, high-energy game that combines dodging, striking, running, and jumping—all inside a small, enclosed pit. All players start inside the pit, touching one of the walls. Someone throws the ball into the center, and everyone chants “Ga! Ga! Ball!” before the game begins. Players hit the ball with an open hand (no throwing or kicking).

The goal is to hit other players below the knees with the ball. If the ball touches you below the knees, you’re out and must leave the pit. If a player hits the ball out of the pit, they’re out. The last player remaining in the pit wins!

3:00 pm – Water Kickball – Quad

Water Kickball is a fun, summer twist on the classic playground game. Combining the excitement of kickball with refreshing water play, it’s perfect for hot days, outdoor parties, or team-building events

4:00 pm – Wine Tasting – Jefferson Event Center

Wine tasting is a sophisticated and enjoyable way to explore different flavors, aromas, and styles of wine. Whether hosted at home or in a formal setting, it encourages conversation, learning, and appreciation for the art of winemaking.

6:00 pm – Saturday Dinner – Jefferson Event Center

Join Us for a Delicious Dinner!
Head to the Event Center and enjoy a hearty meal featuring Chicken Cordon Blue, Green Beans, Glazed Carrots, Baked Potato, rolls, and dessert.

Before you head home today, come on down to the Jefferson Event Center for a hearty breakfast. Enjoy Southwest Scrambled Eggs, French Toast with Strawberry Topping, Bacon, Biscuits and Gravy, Fresh Fruit, Juice and Coffee. All of this for only $8.00.
