At 6:00 PM, get ready for some brain-teasing fun with our trivia event! Teams of two can compete to answer a variety of questions. The team with the most correct answers will win a prize! Get your thinking caps on and prepare for a night of laughter and friendly competition. Don’t worry if you’re not a trivia expert – it’s all about having a good time! We can’t wait to see you there for an evening of relaxation, great food, and friendly competition. It’s the perfect way to kick off your weekend!

Friday, May 22nd

5:30 pm – Social Hour & Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for a fun evening of bingo! On tonight’s menu: Smash Burgers, Chips, beer, wine, and kid-friendly drinks. The meal costs only $5.00. Around 6:00 pm, we will transition into three or four fast-paced games of Bingo. Bingo cards are available at the door for $5.00 and are good for all games.

Saturday, May 23rd

10:00 am – Family Craft – Polk Room

Get ready to squeeze away stress and unleash creativity! It’s time to dive into the world of DIY stress balls — colorful, squishy, and totally satisfying to make. With just a few simple materials, ordinary balloons and fillers transform into fun, stress-busting creations that fit right in the palm of your hand. The cost of this craft is $8.00 and please be sure to sign up at the office.

11:00 am – Gaga Ball– Quad

Join us for Gaga Ball! Gaga Ball is a fast-paced, high-energy game that combines dodging, striking, running, and jumping—all inside a small, enclosed pit. All players start inside the pit, touching one of the walls. Someone throws the ball into the center, and everyone chants “Ga! Ga! Ball!” before the game begins. Players hit the ball with an open hand (no throwing or kicking).

The goal is to hit other players below the knees with the ball. If the ball touches you below the knees, you’re out and must leave the pit. If a player hits the ball out of the pit, they’re out. The last player remaining in the pit wins!

12:00 pm – Pie Eating Contest – Quad

Gather around for this mouthwatering and messy showdown! A Pie Eating Contest! Each contestant will get one pie. Without using your hands, you must finish the pie before anyone else. The first person to eat their pie first wins! **Please sign up in the office so we know how many pies to get!!**

1:00 pm – Cornhole Tournament – Quad

The first ten two-person teams who sign up will enjoy a single-elimination format of tournament cornhole. The winning team receives a $25.00 Amazon gift card. Please sign your team up at the office.

2:00 pm – Tug of War – Quad

 Lets get ready for Tug of War! Two teams face off, gripping the rope with fierce determination, every muscle primed for action. Who will pull their way to victory and claim the glory? Let the Tug of War begin!

3:00 pm – Super Soaker Hay Ride – Quad

Kids will board the hay wagon, carrying their mega water squirter. Bins of water on the wagon will keep the kids squirting at the RVers, who have hoses aimed at the wagon to squirt back! This is a kids vs adults competition to see who gets totally drenched!

6:00 pm – Saturday Dinner – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for a classic Southern-style shrimp boil featuring: Fresh shrimp, Andouille sausage, Corn on the cob, Red potatoes, Homemade cornbread, and a Delicious dessert

7:00 pm – Capture the Flag – Quad

Glow in the Dark Capture the Flag is a version of the classic outdoor game, using glowing lights and other glow-in-the-dark elements like wristbands and markers The game’s goal remains the same: teams try to steal the other team’s “flag” (a glowing orb) and return it to their base without being tagged and sent to “jail” (a glowing marker). 

Sunday, May 24th

With hoops, strings, beads, and feathers, we’ll weave patterns that sparkle with imagination and meaning. Every twist of thread and every bead added makes your dream catcher uniquely yours. So grab your supplies, let your creativity flow, and get ready to craft something magical — it’s time to make your dreams shine bright!  The cost of this craft is $8.00 and please be sure to sign up at the office.

11:00 am – Water Balloon Toss – Quad

Grab a partner and get those throwing arms warmed up—it’s time for our Water Balloon Toss!  Teams will start standing close together, gently lobbing their water balloon back and forth. Sounds easy, right? But here’s the twist: after every successful catch, each team takes one big step back! The farther you go, the higher the suspense… and the bigger the splash when things go hilariously wrong! Only one pair can be crowned the Water Balloon Champions, but everyone’s guaranteed a good laugh and a cool splash!

12:00 pm – Tie Dye – Polk Room

Get ready to add a burst of color and creativity to the day! It’s time to twist, fold, and swirl fabric into one-of-a-kind masterpieces with tie-dye. With every squeeze of dye, bright patterns and bold designs come to life — no two creations are ever the same! The cost of this craft is $8.00 if you purchase your t-shirt at Madison Vines or $5.00 if you bring your own.

1:30 pm – Slip n’ Slide Kickball – Quad

Come on down to the quad and join us for a fun game of Slip n’ Slide kickball. Slip and slide kickball is a fun variation of the game where the baselines are made slippery, and the bases are pools full of water. This will allow players to slide instead of run when advancing bases. It’s essentially kickball with a water slide element, adding an extra layer of excitement and strategy. We will take teams of 10 to play each other and you are sure to have a fun time!
