5:00 pm – Social Hour & Trivia – Fillmore Pizza Parlor

Get your weekend started right with a fun and friendly evening! We’re hosting a casual get-together featuring good food, great company, and a bit of friendly competition. Unwind and enjoy the start of your weekend with friends and fellow guests. Savor a classic Philly Cheese Steak, oozing with cheese and packed with flavor, or try another one of our specialty sandwiches, paired with a delicious side. The meal costs only $8.00.

At 6:00 PM, get ready for some brain-teasing fun with our trivia event! Teams of two can compete to answer a variety of questions. The team with the most correct answers will win a prize! Get your thinking caps on and prepare for a night of laughter and friendly competition. Don’t worry if you’re not a trivia expert – it’s all about having a good time! We can’t wait to see you there for an evening of relaxation, great food, and friendly competition. It’s the perfect way to kick off your weekend!

Friday, March 6th

5:30 pm – Social Hour & Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for a fun evening of bingo! On tonight’s menu: Hoosier Pork Tenderloins and Chips. The meal costs only $5.00. Around 6:00 pm, we will transition into three or four fast-paced games of Bingo. Bingo cards are available at the door for $5.00 and are good for all games.

Saturday, March 7th

10:00 am – Kids Craft – Polk Room

Lets design, create, and melt a little magic with this Fuse Beads Craft! Tiny, colorful beads come together to form dazzling patterns, playful shapes, and one-of-a-kind creations. Arrange them on a pegboard, fuse them with a touch of heat, and watch your masterpiece come to life! It’s a burst of color, creativity, and imagination—perfect for crafting keychains, magnets, or decorations that shine with personality. Let the creativity flow and the beads fuse into something amazing!

The cost of this craft is $8.00 and please sign up in the office.

11:00 am – Ping Pong Challenge – Polk Room

Join us for a fun and exciting game! Team up with a partner—one person will have ping pong balls, and the other will have red solo cups. Stand on opposite sides of a table. The player with the cups will start with one cup and try to catch the ping pong ball that their partner bounces off the table. Each time you catch a ball in the cup, stack another cup on top. The higher the stack gets, the wobblier and more challenging it becomes. The team that builds the tallest stack without it toppling over wins!

12:00 pm – Oreo Challenge – Polk Room

Get ready for some hilarious fun! It’s time to play the Face and Cookie game—where your only tools are your facial muscles and a whole lot of determination. Place a cookie on your forehead and, without using your hands, try to wiggle, wrinkle, and slide it all the way down into your mouth. The first person to get the cookie in their mouth wins!

1:00 pm – Balloon Battle – Polk Room

Get ready to jump, dodge, and stomp your way to victory! It’s time for the ultimate Balloon Battle! Each player will have a balloon tied to their foot, and your mission is simple: protect your own balloon while trying to pop everyone else’s. Move fast, stay sneaky, and keep your eyes on the prize—because only one balloon will survive! Who’s ready to stomp their way to the top?

2:00 pm –Up or Down – Polk Room

Welcome to the ultimate showdown… UP OR DOWN! Get ready for heart-pounding action, fast hands, and fierce teamwork—because this game is about to crank the energy all the way up. The rules are simple, it’s a timed team competition where players flip cups to face either up or down. Two teams are formed, with one team flipping cups to face up and the other flipping them face down. The team with the most cups facing their direction at the end of the time limit wins the round! 

3:00 pm – Adult Craft – Polk Room

 Welcome to our pottery painting adventure! Choose your piece, pick your colors, and let your imagination run wild as you turn simple pottery into a masterpiece that’s uniquely yours. Whether you’re bold, crafty, or totally new to this, it’s all about having fun and making something beautiful. Let’s get painting!  The cost of this craft is $8.00 and please sign up in the office.

6:00 pm – Saturday Dinner – Jefferson Event Center

Join us in the event center for Smoked Braided Pork Tenderloin, Mashed Potatoes, Glazed Carrots, Rolls, Dessert, Beer, Wine and Kid Friendly Drinks.

Sunday, March 8th

9:00 am – Sunday Breakfast – Jefferson Event Center

Before you head home today, come on down to the Jefferson Event Center for a hearty breakfast. Enjoy Breakfast Burritos, Fried Potatoes, Fresh Fruit, Juice and Coffee. All of this for only $8.00.

Please purchase your $8.00 meal tickets by noon Saturday at the office.
