Get your weekend started right with a fun and friendly evening! We’re hosting a casual get-together featuring good food, great company, and a bit of friendly competition. Unwind and enjoy the start of your weekend with friends and fellow guests. Savor a classic Philly Cheese Steak, oozing with cheese and packed with flavor, or try one of our other specialty sandwiches paired with a delicious side. The meal costs only $8.00.

At 6:00 PM, get ready for some brain-teasing fun with our trivia event! Teams of two can compete to answer a variety of questions. The team with the most correct answers will win a prize! Get your thinking caps on and prepare for a night of laughter and friendly competition. Don’t worry if you’re not a trivia expert – it’s all about having a good time! We can’t wait to see you there for an evening of relaxation, great food, and friendly competition. It’s the perfect way to kick off your weekend!

Friday, March 27th

5:30 pm – Social Hour & Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for a fun evening of bingo! On tonight’s menu: Spaghetti with Meatballs, Garlic Bread, beer, wine, and kid-friendly drinks. The meal costs only $5.00. Around 6:00 pm, we will transition into three or four fast-paced games of Bingo. Bingo cards are available at the door for $5.00 and are good for all games.

Saturday, March 28th

10:00 am – Family Craft – Polk Room

Lets design, create, and melt a little magic with this Fuse Beads Craft! Tiny, colorful beads come together to form dazzling patterns, playful shapes, and one-of-a-kind creations. Arrange them on a pegboard, fuse them with a touch of heat, and watch your masterpiece come to life! It’s a burst of color, creativity, and imagination—perfect for crafting keychains, magnets, or decorations that shine with personality. Let the creativity flow and the beads fuse into something amazing! The cost of this craft is $5.00 and please sign up in the office.

11:00 am – Nosey Challenge – Polk Room

Gather around for a hilarious game called Nosey Nudgy! It’s a silly, easy-to-play race where everyone gets a ball, sets it on the ground, and nudges it forward using only their nose. Be the first to push your ball across the finish line to win!

12:00 pm – Puzzle Race – Polk Room

Join us in a fun relay race! In teams of two, one player will attempt to figure out a simple puzzle as fast as possible. Once the player figures out the puzzle the other person has to flip 5 cups in a row. They then both have to tie their legs together and cross the finish line in a 3 legged race. The team that crosses the finish line first wins!

1:00 pm – Caterpillar Relay – Polk Room

Let’s jump into another relay race—this one’s called the Caterpillar Relay! Each team will start with one person, and the line will grow as the race goes on. Every team has a table filled with balloons. The first player runs around their team’s table and returns to the group. When they get back, they place a balloon between themselves and the next teammate. Together, they head back to the table, where the new teammate must grab a balloon—without dropping the one they’re holding between them! The caterpillar grows longer with each round, and if anyone drops their balloon, that pair must go back and try again. The first team to complete their full caterpillar wins!

2:00 pm –Hola Hoop Challenge – Quad

Here’s the last relay race of the day! This one is called the Hola Hoop relay! There are two teams and that will be in a line holding hands. On one end of the line there will be a Hola Hoop and the goal is to get everyone through the Hola Hoop while staying connected. If you disconnect your hands then you must restart. The team that gets the Hola Hoop all the way to the other end wins first!

3:00 pm – Adult Craft – Fillmore Pizza Parlor

Unleash creativity and turn an ordinary tote into a one-of-a-kind masterpiece! Tote bag painting is the perfect blend of art and style—where imagination meets everyday fashion. The cost of this craft is $8.00 and please be sure to sign up in the office.

6:00 pm – Saturday Dinner – Jefferson Event Center

Join Us for a Delicious Dinner!
Head to the Event Center and enjoy a hearty meal featuring Tender Pot Roast, Roasted Potatoes and Carrots, a warm roll, and a tasty dessert.
A comforting feast you won’t want to miss!

Sunday, March 29th

9:00 am – Sunday Breakfast – Jefferson Event Center

Before you head home today, come on down to the Jefferson Event Center for a hearty breakfast. Enjoy Scrambled Eggs, Sausage, Biscuits and Gravy, Fried Potatoes, Fresh Fruit, Juice, and Coffee. All of this for only $8.00.
