5:00 pm – Social Hour & Trivia – Fillmore Pizza Parlor

Get your weekend started right with a fun and friendly evening! We’re hosting a casual get-together featuring good food, great company, and a bit of friendly competition. Unwind and enjoy the start of your weekend with friends and fellow guests. Savor a classic Philly Cheese Steak, oozing with cheese and packed with flavor, or try one of our other specialty sandwiches paired with a delicious side. The meal costs only $8.00.

At 6:00 PM, get ready for some brain-teasing fun with our trivia event! Teams of two can compete to answer a variety of questions. The team with the most correct answers will win a prize! Get your thinking caps on and prepare for a night of laughter and friendly competition. Don’t worry if you’re not a trivia expert – it’s all about having a good time! We can’t wait to see you there for an evening of relaxation, great food, and friendly competition. It’s the perfect way to kick off your weekend!

Friday, June 5th

5:30 pm – Social Hour & Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for a fun evening of bingo! On tonight’s menu: Loaded Baked Potatoes and Over the Top Chili, beer, wine, and kid-friendly drinks. The meal costs only $5.00. Around 6:00 pm, we will transition into three or four fast-paced games of Bingo. Bingo cards are available at the door for $5.00 and are good for all games.

Saturday, June 6th

10:00 am – Family Craft – Polk Room

It’s time for Sand Art — where every layer tells a story and every design shines bright. Pour carefully, mix boldly, and watch as patterns form with every shake and swirl. Whether it’s stripes, waves, or spirals, there’s no wrong way to create.  The cost of this craft is $8.00 and please be sure to sign up at the office.

11:00 am – Gaga Ball – Quad

Join us for Gaga Ball! Gaga Ball is a fast-paced, high-energy game that combines dodging, striking, running, and jumping—all inside a small, enclosed pit. All players start inside the pit, touching one of the walls. Someone throws the ball into the center, and everyone chants “Ga! Ga! Ball!” before the game begins. Players hit the ball with an open hand (no throwing or kicking).

The goal is to hit other players below the knees with the ball. If the ball touches you below the knees, you’re out and must leave the pit. If a player hits the ball out of the pit, they’re out. The last player remaining in the pit wins!

12:00 pm – Water Balloon Battleship – Polk Room

Gather around for a hilarious showdown — it’s time for the Water Balloon Battleship! This game takes place on the volleyball court, with large sheets draped over the net so you can’t see the other team. Players will form teams of two and quietly choose their spots on the court, hoping to stay safe. Each player gets one water balloon. Taking turns, one player from each side will lob their balloon over the net, trying to hit someone on the opposite team. If you’re hit — you’re out! The game continues until one side has no players left standing. But here’s the twist: every time a player is eliminated, the playable area of the court shrinks, forcing everyone closer together and making hits even more likely!

1:00 pm – Hot Potato – Quad

Lets play Water Balloon Hot Potato! Everyone stands in a circle and passes a water balloon as fast as they can while music plays. When the music suddenly stops, the player holding the balloon is out and has to pop it over their head! A new balloon is tossed in and the game continues until only one champion remains.

2:00 pm – Adult Craft – Polk Room

Bring a burst of sunshine to any space with this cheerful sunflower wreath! Using bright yellow handkerchiefs instead of traditional petals, this project transforms simple materials into a vibrant, eye-catching decoration. Perfect for summer, fall, or any time a little extra warmth is needed, this wreath captures the joyful spirit of sunflowers in a creative, hands-on way. The cost of this craft is $10.00 and please sign up at the office.

3:00 pm – Super Soaker Hay Ride – Quad

Kids will board the hay wagon, carrying their mega water squirter. Bins of water on the wagon will keep the kids squirting at the RVers, who have hoses aimed at the wagon to squirt back! This is a kids vs adults competition to see who gets totally drenched!

6:00 pm – Saturday Dinner – Jefferson Event Center

Who’s ready for smoked-to-perfection brisket?
Join us for a mouthwatering meal featuring tender, slow-smoked brisket paired with all the fixings — smoky pit beans, creamy mac & cheese, crisp coleslaw, and warm rolls. Bring your appetite and enjoy a true comfort food feast!

Join us at the Madison Vines Pizza Parlor for an evening of fellowship with friends and live entertainment featuring Rick Hallowell!

Sunday, June 7th

9:00 am – Sunday Breakfast – Jefferson Event Center

Before you head home today, come on down to the Jefferson Event Center for a hearty breakfast. Breakfast Burritos, Fried Potatoes, Fresh Fruit, Juice and Coffee. All of this for only $8.00.
