Get your weekend started right with a fun and friendly evening! We’re hosting a casual get-together featuring good food, great company, and a bit of friendly competition. Unwind and enjoy the start of your weekend with friends and fellow guests. Savor a classic Philly Cheese Steak, oozing with cheese and packed with flavor, or try one of our other specialty sandwiches paired with a delicious side. The meal costs only $8.00.

At 6:00 PM, get ready for some brain-teasing fun with our trivia event! Teams of two can compete to answer a variety of questions. The team with the most correct answers will win a prize! Get your thinking caps on and prepare for a night of laughter and friendly competition. Don’t worry if you’re not a trivia expert – it’s all about having a good time! We can’t wait to see you there for an evening of relaxation, great food, and friendly competition. It’s the perfect way to kick off your weekend!

Friday, June 26th

5:30 pm – Social Hour & Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for a fun evening of bingo! On tonight’s menu: BLT Sandwich, pickle, chips, beer, wine, and kid-friendly drinks. The meal costs only $5.00. Around 6:00 pm, we will transition into three or four fast-paced games of Bingo. Bingo cards are available at the door for $5.00 and are good for all games.

Saturday, June 27th

10:00 am – Family Craft – Polk Room

Get ready to add a burst of color and creativity to the day! It’s time to twist, fold, and swirl fabric into one-of-a-kind masterpieces with tie-dye. With every squeeze of dye, bright patterns and bold designs come to life — no two creations are ever the same!  The cost of this craft is $8.00 and please be sure to sign up at the office.

11:00 am – Izzy Dizzy – Quad

Let’s play Izzy Dizzy! Grab a bat and place your forehead on the top, then spin around it 10 times as fast as you can. Once you’re good and dizzy, pick up a tray filled with water and race forward without spilling! The player who makes it the farthest while keeping the most water on their tray wins!

12:00 pm – Cornhole tournament– Quad

The first ten two-person teams who sign up will enjoy a single-elimination format of tournament cornhole. The winning team receives a $25.00 Amazon gift card. Please sign your team up at the office.

1:00 pm – Frozen T-Shirt Relay – Quad

Lets cool off with this chilling frozen tee-shirt race. Each of you will start out with a completely frozen tee-shirt, you will have to unfold it, put it on and the first person to get across the finish line will win a $25.00 gift card.

2:00 pm – Adult Craft – Polk Room

Unleash creativity and create a one-of-a-kind keepsake with a custom painted plate! This fun and artistic activity is perfect for all ages and occasions—whether it’s a gift, a decoration, or a personal masterpiece to display.

3:00 pm – Super Soaker Hay Ride – Quad

Kids will board the hay wagon, carrying their mega water squirter. Bins of water on the wagon will keep the kids squirting at the RVers, who have hoses aimed at the wagon to squirt back! This is a kids vs adults competition to see who gets totally drenched!

6:00 pm – Saturday Dinner – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for a mouthwatering meal featuring tender, slow-smoked jumbo pork tenderloin paired with all the fixings — green beans, mashed potatoes, fried apples, peppercorn sauce, and dessert. Bring your appetite and enjoy a true comfort food feast!

Join us at the Madison Vines Pizza Parlor for an evening of fellowship with friends and live entertainment!

Sunday, June 28th

9:00 am – Sunday Breakfast – Jefferson Event Center

Before you head home today, come on down to the Jefferson Event Center for a hearty breakfast. Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Biscuits & Gravy, pancakes, Fresh Fruit, Juice and Coffee. All of this for only $8.00.
