Friday June 23

5:30 – 6:30pm
Bingo and Delicious Snack
Jefferson Event Center

Come Bingo with us!  We will have a world class Taco Bar at 5:30pm with grilled chicken, ground beef and  all the toppings, including homemade guacamole.  Chips and Salsa will also adorn all tables.  Dinner will be complemented with adult and kid beverages.  Then at about 6:15, we roll into five games of fast-paced Bingo. The 100% payouts from each Bingo game are progressive, thus making for a likely three-figure payout for the fifth and final game.  This is a free meet & greet your neighbor event.

Saturday June 24

10 – 11am
Craft Time: Make Your Own Beach Art!
Polk Crafts Room

Let the kids, both big and small, come to the Polk Crafts Room (next to the Fillmore Ice Cream & Pizza Parlor) for big fun as they make their own “beach art” by painting on paper plates!  Come have some fun with several additional crafts available as supervised by our staff.

11 – 12 noon
Tie Dye Galore
Polk Crafts Room

Children and adults are invited to create the best design for your tie dye T-shirt.  Make it colorful and crazy.  The fun will go on rain or shine.  Our staff will offer helpful hints to make your Tie Dye event memorable.  Please buy a $5 T-shirt in advance at the Madison Reception Center or BYO T-shirt.

3 – 4pm
Super Soaker Hay Ride
Jefferson Event Center

Kids will board the hay wagon and cruise the Property, using their super soaker squirt guns (available for sale in the Madison Reception Center) to cool off our RVer guests who will be waiting at their site with hoses, ready to return the squits and drench the kids.  Of course, our staff will be monitoring this big time, super fun action.

All American Hamburgers and Hot Dogs
Jefferson Event Center

Enjoy the finest “grilled to perfection” Cheeseburgers and award-winning Nathan Hot Dogs in a casual but All-American dinner.  We will have all the fixings for your Cheeseburger or Hot dog including homemade Mac & Cheese, sliced tomatoes & cucumbers, and more.  This special meal will cost only $6.  Limited seating so please reserve your tickets by Friday at 6pm in the office or call 540-948-4186 to save your seat.

Sunday June 25

9 – 10:00am
Pancake Breakfast
Jefferson Event Center

Our homemade pancakes, served hot off the griddle with butter, original maple syrup, complemented with juice, apple turnovers, fresh fruit, and fine coffee, make for a perfect Sunday as you say Bon Voyage to your friends, old and new.
