Get your weekend started right with a fun and friendly evening! We’re hosting a casual get-together featuring good food, great company, and a bit of friendly competition. Unwind and enjoy the start of your weekend with friends and fellow guests. Savor a classic Philly Cheese Steak, oozing with cheese and packed with flavor, or try one of our other specialty sandwiches paired with a delicious side. The meal costs only $8.00.

At 6:00 PM, get ready for some brain-teasing fun with our trivia event! Teams of two can compete to answer a variety of questions. The team with the most correct answers will win a prize! Get your thinking caps on and prepare for a night of laughter and friendly competition. Don’t worry if you’re not a trivia expert – it’s all about having a good time! We can’t wait to see you there for an evening of relaxation, great food, and friendly competition. It’s the perfect way to kick off your weekend!

Friday, June 19th

5:30 pm – Social Hour & Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for a fun evening of bingo! On tonight’s menu: Wings with celery, carrots, dipping sauces, beer, wine, and kid-friendly drinks. The meal costs only $5.00. Around 6:00 pm, we will transition into three or four fast-paced games of Bingo. Bingo cards are available at the door for $5.00 and are good for all games.

Saturday, June 20th

10:00 am – Family Craft – Polk Room

Celebrate Father’s Day with a gift that’s both heartfelt and handy! Decorating a hammer is a fun, creative way to make a one-of-a-kind keepsake that Dad will treasure every time he reaches for his toolbox. This craft combines imagination, color, and a personal touch to turn an everyday tool into a meaningful masterpiece.  The cost of this craft is $8.00 and please be sure to sign up at the office.

11:00 am – Water Bucket Relay – Quad

Get ready for a wild, wet, and totally hilarious challenge! The Water Bucket Relay is all about teamwork, speed, and a whole lot of splashing. Two teams will line up, each with a full bucket of water at one end and an empty bucket waiting at the other. The mission? Scoop up some water, toss it down the line, and pour it into the empty bucket—without spilling too much along the way! The clock is ticking with just three minutes to fill up as much water as possible. Every drop counts, every pass matters, and every splash brings the excitement up a notch. When time’s up, the team with the fullest bucket wins the ultimate water relay crown! 

A bucket full of water will be placed at the starting line and an empty bucket at the finish line for each team. The first player soaks the sponge in the water, runs to the empty bucket, and squeezes out as much water as possible. They run back and pass the sponge to the next teammate. The race continues until time runs out or one team fills their bucket to a marked line!

11:30 am – Duck Duck Dunk – Quad

Join us for a splashy twist on a classic favorite! Duck Duck Dunk takes the well-known “Duck Duck Goose” game and turns it into a water-filled adventure that’s perfect for hot days and big laughs. Players sit in a circle while one person walks around holding a cup or sponge full of water. As they walk, they gently tap each player’s head saying “Duck… Duck…” When they choose someone to be “Dunk,” they pour the water over that person’s head! The “Dunked” player jumps up and chases the pourer around the circle, trying to tag them before they sit down in the empty spot. It’s a refreshing, giggle-filled game that keeps everyone cool and on their toes. Perfect for summer parties, outdoor events, or any time a splash of fun is needed!

12:00 pm – Watermelon Eating Contest – Quad

Get ready for a juicy, messy, and totally hilarious competition! The Watermelon Eating contest is the ultimate summer showdown where speed, strategy, and a big appetite come together for one unforgettable event.

1:00 pm – Cornhole Tournament – Quad

The first ten two-person teams who sign up will enjoy a single-elimination format of tournament cornhole. The winning team receives a $25.00 Amazon gift card. Please sign your team up at the office.

2:00 pm – Slip n’ Slide – Quad

Lets dive into the ultimate summer thrill! The slip and slide turns any sunny day into a splash-filled adventure packed with laughter, speed, and nonstop fun!

3:00 pm – Super Soaker Hay Ride – Quad

Kids will board the hay wagon, carrying their mega water squirter. Bins of water on the wagon will keep the kids squirting at the RVers, who have hoses aimed at the wagon to squirt back! This is a kids vs adults competition to see who gets totally drenched!

4:00 pm – Craft Beer Tasting – Jefferson Event Center

Raise a glass to Dad with a Father’s Day celebration that’s smooth, sophisticated, and full of flavor. A whisky tasting is the perfect way to honor the man of the day—combining great company, rich aromas, and the timeless craft of fine spirits.

6:00 pm – Saturday Dinner – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for a mouthwatering meal featuring tender, slow-smoked Bourbon Barrel Ribs paired with all the fixings — Pit Beans, Mac & Cheese, Coleslaw, and dessert. Bring your appetite and enjoy a true comfort food feast!

Before you head home today, come on down to the Jefferson Event Center for a hearty breakfast. Ham & Cheese or Denver Omelets, Bacon, Fresh Fruit, Juice and Coffee. All of this for only $8.00.
