5:00 pm – Social Hour & Trivia – Fillmore Pizza Parlor

Get your weekend started right with a fun and friendly evening! We’re hosting a casual get-together featuring good food, great company, and a bit of friendly competition. Unwind and enjoy the start of your weekend with friends and fellow guests. Savor a classic Philly Cheese Steak, oozing with cheese and packed with flavor, or try one of our other specialty sandwiches paired with a delicious side. The meal costs only $8.00.

At 6:00 PM, get ready for some brain-teasing fun with our trivia event! Teams of two can compete to answer a variety of questions. The team with the most correct answers will win a prize! Get your thinking caps on and prepare for a night of laughter and friendly competition. Don’t worry if you’re not a trivia expert – it’s all about having a good time! We can’t wait to see you there for an evening of relaxation, great food, and friendly competition. It’s the perfect way to kick off your weekend!

Friday, July 10th

5:30 pm – Social Hour & Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for a fun evening of bingo! We’ll be serving Baked Chicken Spaghetti, Garlic Bread, Beer, Wine, and kid friendly drinks. The meal costs only $5.00. Around 6:00 pm, we will transition into three or four fast-paced games of Bingo. Bingo cards are available at the door for $5.00 and are good for all games.

Saturday, July 11th

10:00 am – Family Craft – Polk Room

Get ready to design and build a cozy little home that any bird would be proud to tweet about. Whether you imagine a tiny cottage for a bluebird or a luxury penthouse for a cardinal, this is your chance to become the ultimate avian designer. So grab your tools, spark your imagination, and let’s build a birdhouse that will have the whole neighborhood flocking to check it out!  The cost of this craft is $10.00 and please be sure to sign up at the office.

11:00 am – Gaga Ball – Quad

Join us for Gaga Ball! Gaga Ball is a fast-paced, high-energy game that combines dodging, striking, running, and jumping—all inside a small, enclosed pit. All players start inside the pit, touching one of the walls. Someone throws the ball into the center, and everyone chants “Ga! Ga! Ball!” before the game begins. Players hit the ball with an open hand (no throwing or kicking).

The goal is to hit other players below the knees with the ball. If the ball touches you below the knees, you’re out and must leave the pit. If a player hits the ball out of the pit, they’re out. The last player remaining in the pit wins!

12:00 pm – Frozen Fingers – Quad

Get ready for a frosty race against time! The Frozen Fingers Ice Melt Challenge is a fun and competitive game where players use creativity, speed, and a little body heat to melt an ice cube as fast as possible. Each player will get one ice cube. When the signal is given, players must melt their ice cube using only their hands—no tools, mouths, or external heat sources allowed. The first player to completely melt their ice cube wins!

1:00 pm – Water Balloon Spin the Bottle – Quad

Get ready for splashes, laughter, and a whole lot of running! In this wild twist on a classic game, everyone stands in a circle and takes turns spinning the bottle. When it stops, the person it points to becomes the thrower—armed with a water balloon and ready for action! As soon as the bottle picks its target, everyone else takes off running. The chosen player grabs a water balloon and tries to hit someone before they escape. If you get splashed, you’re out! The game keeps going until only one dry (and lucky) player remains.

2:00 pm – Waiter Water Chain – Quad

Get ready to splash, scramble, and race your way to victory in the ultimate teamwork showdown! The Waiter Water Chain is all about balance, speed, and a whole lot of laughter. Two teams will face off to see who can move their tray of water cups from one side to the other the fastest—without spilling a drop! Everyone starts lying down in a line, ready to pass the tray from one teammate to the next. As soon as the tray leaves your hands, jump up, sprint to the end of the line, and get ready to keep the chain moving. But watch out—if a cup tips or falls, your team has to start all over again! The team that gets their tray across the finish line first, without spilling, wins!

3:00 pm – Super Soaker Hay Ride – Quad

Kids will board the hay wagon, carrying their mega water squirter. Bins of water on the wagon will keep the kids squirting at the RVers, who have hoses aimed at the wagon to squirt back! This is a kids vs adults competition to see who gets totally drenched!

6:00 pm – Saturday Dinner – Jefferson Event Center

Join us at the Jefferson Event Center for a mouth watering meal to include: Smoke Jumbo Pork Chops, fried apples, baked potatoes, vegetables, and dessert.

7:00 pm – Live Music – Fillmore Pizza Parlor

Join us at the Madison Vines Pizza Parlor for an evening of fellowship with friends and live entertainment featuring Rick Hallowell!

Sunday, July 12th

9:00 am – Sunday Breakfast – Jefferson Event Center

Before you head home today, come on down to the Jefferson Event Center for a hearty breakfast.  On the menu: scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, fried potatoes, fresh fruit, smoothies, juice and coffee.

All of this for only $8.00.
