July 7 – July 9 Activities

Friday 5:30 – 6:30                     Bingo & Sliders                                Jefferson Center 

Come meet your friends and neighbors while enjoying complimentary pulled BBQ chicken sliders. 

Around 6:15 we will transition to a fast-paced Bingo that has a 100% payout with a jackpot up to $150 from the purchase of our five-game card pack for $5 (cash only). Doors open at 5:30, and food is complementary.

Saturday 10 -11                   Foul Shooting Contest                        Madison Center 

This will be a straight forward “who makes the most out of 15 foul shots” competition that will be broken into two flights: kids under 16 and adults.  The winner of the adult flight scores a $50 Amazon gift card while the winner of the kid’s flight wins a free splurge of two scoops of our finest ice cream  at our Fillmore Ice Cream Parlor for three friends / family and, of course, the winner (four splurges total).

1 – 2:00                              Craft Time: Make your Own Butterfly           Polk Crafts Room

Come to the Polk Crafts Room to create your very own butterfly using beads, tissue paper and watercolor paint. Get creative and amaze your friends and family with your beautiful butterfly creation!

3 – 4:00                        Super Soaker Wagon Ride Battle             Jefferson Center 

Kids will board the hay wagon, carrying their mega water squirters.  Bins of water on the wagon will keep the kids squirting at the RVers, often lurking behind poles and bushes, ready to hose off the kids as the wagon rolls along. This is a kids vs adults’ competition to see who gets more drenched!  Of course, our staff will be monitoring this big time, super fun action.

6:00                  BBQ Authentic: Wings, Ribs, & Pulled Pork         Jefferson Center 

Join us this Saturday evening for a delightful gathering filled with the best BBQ and the world’s best beer! We will have a BBQ that will leave your taste buds tingling with delight. Picture this: juicy ribs, pulled pork and flavorful ribs cooked to perfection.  We will also have side dishes including fried green tomatoes, coleslaw and baked beans. To complete this meal, we will also have the original pilsner beer: Pilsner Urquell Draft that originated in 1842.  There is limited seating: please reserve your seats by Friday at 6pm in the office or call 540 – 948 – 4186 to save your seat.  Only $8 per person.

Sunday  9 – 10:00           Pancake Breakfast Galore                      Jefferson Center 

Start your day with a burst of joy as we will have a delectable, homemade pancakes, served hot off the griddle with butter, original maple syrup, complemented with juice, fresh fruit, and fine coffee. And what’s breakfast without some tasty breakfast pizza from the Fillmore Pizza & Ice Cream Parlor. Join us for this free morning treat.
