Get your weekend started right with a fun and friendly evening! We’re hosting a casual get-together featuring good food, great company, and a bit of friendly competition. Unwind and enjoy the start of your weekend with friends and fellow guests. Savor a classic Philly Cheese Steak, oozing with cheese and packed with flavor, or try one of our other specialty sandwiches paired with a delicious side. The meal costs only $8.00.

At 6:00 PM, get ready for some brain-teasing fun with our trivia event! Teams of two can compete to answer a variety of questions. The team with the most correct answers will win a prize! Get your thinking caps on and prepare for a night of laughter and friendly competition. Don’t worry if you’re not a trivia expert – it’s all about having a good time! We can’t wait to see you there for an evening of relaxation, great food, and friendly competition. It’s the perfect way to kick off your weekend!

Friday, July 31st

5:30 pm – Social Hour & Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for a fun evening of bingo! On tonight’s menu: Pulled Pork Sandwiches and Coleslaw. The meal costs only $5.00. Around 6:00 pm, we will transition into three or four fast-paced games of Bingo. Bingo cards are available at the door for $5.00 and are good for all games.

Saturday, August 1st

10:00 am – Donuts on a String – Quad

Step right up for the sweetest, silliest challenge around! The Donuts on a String game is a laugh-out-loud race to see who can devour their donut the fastest—without using their hands! 

11:00 am – Guessing Game – Quad

Grab a spoon and get ready for a taste-testing adventure that’s equal parts hilarious and surprising! The Baby Food Guessing Game is all about testing taste buds, guessing skills, and bravery as players sample mystery jars of baby food and try to figure out what’s inside. The person to guess the most correct wins!

12:00 pm – Flour Swipe Challenge – Quad

Get ready for suspense, laughter, and a little puff of floury chaos with the Flour Swipe Challenge! This game is all about steady hands, daring moves, and nerves of steel. Picture a tall mound of soft flour with a tiny figurine perched right on top—just waiting to tumble! Players take turns carefully swiping away bits of flour, trying to keep the figurine standing tall. The tension builds with every swipe as the pile gets smaller and wobblier. One wrong move, and—poof!—the figurine falls, sending a cloud of flour flying and crowning the unlucky player as the loser! 

1:00 pm – Master Chef – Quad

Get ready for a whirlwind of laughter, spills, and speedy chefs in the ultimate Chef Relay Race! This game combines teamwork, coordination, and a sprinkle of chaos for a recipe that’s guaranteed to entertain. Two teams will face off in a hilarious kitchen showdown. Each player must suit up like a true chef—apron tied, hat on tight—and grab a mixing bowl. But here’s the twist: they have to stir the bowl while running to complete their task! At the end of the run, each chef must flip a bottle onto a tray. The number of bottles equals the number of players on the team, so every chef has to land their bottle before the next teammate can go. Once a bottle lands successfully, the tray gets passed to the next chef in line. The race continues until one team’s tray is full of flipped bottles. The first team to complete their tray wins the title of Master Chefs of Mayhem!

2:00 pm – Whipped Cream Madness – Polk Room

Get ready for a sweet, silly, and laugh-out-loud competition with the Whipped Cream Toss! This game is all about timing, aim, and a little bit of luck—plus a whole lot of whipped cream! Each player starts with a dollop of whipped cream on the back of their hand. The goal? Flick it into the air and catch it right in the mouth! Players take turns seeing how many successful catches they can

3:00 pm – Super Soaker Hay Ride – Quad

Kids will board the hay wagon, carrying their mega water squirter. Bins of water on the wagon will keep the kids squirting at the RVers, who have hoses aimed at the wagon to squirt back! This is a kids vs adults competition to see who gets totally drenched!

6:00 pm – Saturday Dinner – Jefferson Event Center

Join Us at the Jefferson Event Center! Enjoy a delicious meal featuring: Smoked to perfection Turkey, Mashed Potatoes & Gravy, Green Beans, Roll, and Dessert.

9:00 am – Sunday Breakfast – Jefferson Event Center

Before you head home today, come on down to the Jefferson Event Center for a hearty breakfast. Enjoy Scrambled Eggs, Waffles, Fried Potatoes, Fresh Fruit, Juice and Coffee. All of this for only $8.00.
