Get your weekend started right with a fun and friendly evening! We’re hosting a casual get-together featuring good food, great company, and a bit of friendly competition. Unwind and enjoy the start of your weekend with friends and fellow guests. Savor a classic Philly Cheese Steak, oozing with cheese and packed with flavor, or try one of our other specialty sandwiches paired with a delicious side. The meal costs only $8.00.

At 6:00 PM, get ready for some brain-teasing fun with our trivia event! Teams of two can compete to answer a variety of questions. The team with the most correct answers will win a prize! Get your thinking caps on and prepare for a night of laughter and friendly competition. Don’t worry if you’re not a trivia expert – it’s all about having a good time! We can’t wait to see you there for an evening of relaxation, great food, and friendly competition. It’s the perfect way to kick off your weekend!

Friday, July 24th

5:30 pm – Social Hour & Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for a fun evening of bingo! On tonight’s menu: Ham and Cheese Sliders with Potato Salad. The meal costs only $5.00. Around 6:00 pm, we will transition into three or four fast-paced games of Bingo. Bingo cards are available at the door for $5.00 and are good for all games.

Saturday, July 25th

10:00 am – Family Craft – Polk Room

Get ready for a burst of color and creativity with Water Gun Paint Blast—a fun, messy, and totally unique way to make art! This activity combines the excitement of water fights with the joy of painting, creating vibrant masterpieces that are as fun to make as they are to display.  The cost of this craft is $8.00 if you purchase your T-shirt from us or $5.00 if you bring your own.

11:00 am – Frozen T-Shirt Relay – Quad

Lets cool off with this chilling frozen tee-shirt race. Each of you will start out with a completely frozen tee-shirt, you will have to unfold it, put it on and the first person to get across the finish line will win a $25.00 gift card.

12:00 pm – Three Legged Race – Quad

Tie up, team up, and take off in the classic Three-Legged Race—a hilarious test of balance, coordination, and teamwork that’s sure to get everyone laughing!

1:00 pm – Gaga Ball – Quad

Join us for Gaga Ball! Gaga Ball is a fast-paced, high-energy game that combines dodging, striking, running, and jumping—all inside a small, enclosed pit. All players start inside the pit, touching one of the walls. Someone throws the ball into the center, and everyone chants “Ga! Ga! Ball!” before the game begins. Players hit the ball with an open hand (no throwing or kicking).

The goal is to hit other players below the knees with the ball. If the ball touches you below the knees, you’re out and must leave the pit. If a player hits the ball out of the pit, they’re out. The last player remaining in the pit wins!

2:00 pm – Adult Craft – Polk Room

Get ready to unleash your inner artist, ignite your imagination, and let the rhythm of good vibes guide your brush! We are having a Sip and Paint! This is your canvas, your night, your masterpiece. Let’s paint it unforgettable!

3:00 pm – Super Soaker Hay Ride – Quad

Kids will board the hay wagon, carrying their mega water squirter. Bins of water on the wagon will keep the kids squirting at the RVers, who have hoses aimed at the wagon to squirt back! This is a kids vs adults competition to see who gets totally drenched!

6:00 pm – Saturday Dinner – Jefferson Event Center

Join Us at the Jefferson Event Center! Enjoy a delicious meal featuring: Smash Burgers, Cucumber Tomato Salad, French Fries, and Dessert.

Join us at the Madison Vines Pizza Parlor for an evening of fellowship with friends and live entertainment featuring The Rock Shakerz!

Sunday, July 26th

9:00 am – Sunday Breakfast – Jefferson Event Center

Before you head home today, come on down to the Jefferson Event Center for a hearty breakfast. Enjoy Breakfast Burritos, Fried Potatoes, Fresh Fruit, Juice and Coffee. All of this for only $8.00.
