Friday 5:30 – 6:30                               Bingo  &  Sliders                                         Jefferson Center

Come meet your friends and neighbors while enjoying complimentary BBQ pulled pork sliders, potato salad and really good beverages. Around 6:15 we transition to a fast-paced Bingo that has a 100% payout with a jackpot up to $150 from the purchase of our five-game card pack for $5 (cash only). Doors open at 5:30, and food is complimentary.

Saturday 10 – 11                             Nature  Scavenger  Hunt                             Madison Center

Open to kids under 18 and their parents/siblings, we have organized a delightful and interesting “Nature Treasure Hunt” to find unique “treasure!”   The aim is to locate specific items and stash them in their paper bag within a fixed time period.  All kids under 18 who participate and complete the list will enjoy a free ice cream cone from our Fillmore Ice Cream Parlor.

11 – 1:00                                        Corn  Hole Tournament                                           The Quad

Sixteen two person teams compete in this competitive, single elimination tournament where the winning team gets a $100 gift certificate and second place gets a $50 gift certificate.

1 – 2:00                                       Craft  Time:  Nature  Painting                             Polk Crafts Room

Venture outdoors to where you can find vibrant leaves, sticks and flowers to make a masterpiece. You can do leaf printing, where you apply paint to leaves and press it on your canvas, or make a leaf collage and arrange them into their own masterpiece.

3 – 4:00                                       Super  Soaker  Wagon  Ride                                 Jefferson Center

Kids will board the hay wagon, carrying their mega water squirters.  Bins of water on the wagon will keep the kids squirting at the RVers, often lurking behind poles and bushes, ready to hose off the kids as the wagon rolls along. This is a kids vs adults’ competition to see who gets more drenched!  Of course, our staff will be monitoring this big time, super fun activity.

6:00                                          Brisket  &  Hot  Fudge  Sundaes                           Jefferson Center

Join us for a delightful dinner experience.  We are serving hickory smoked beef brisket starting with fine beverages and a wedge salad, followed by the delicious brisket, sautéed mixed veggies, creamy scalloped potatoes, and warm garlic bread.  The desert is hot fudge sundae with whipped cream.  WOW.  There is limited seating: please reserve your seats at the office or call 540 – 948 – 4186 to save your seat.  Only $9 per person with all profits going to Wounded Warriors Foundation.

Sunday  9 – 10:00                      Pancake  Breakfast  Galore                                Jefferson Center

Start your day with a burst of joy as we will have delectable homemade pancakes, served hot off the griddle with butter, original maple syrup, complemented with juice, fresh fruit, and fine coffee. And what’s breakfast without some tasty breakfast pizza from the Fillmore Pizza & Ice Cream Parlor. Join us for this free morning treat.
