Friday, July 11th

5:30pm – Social Hour & Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

Join us at the Jefferson for a delightful evening featuring  Three-Cheese Grilled Cheese & Tomato on Hearty Bread Sandwiches, served with Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup, Beer, Wine and kid friendly drinks. Around 6:00pm, we transition into three to  four fast-paced bingo games. Cards are $5.00 cash at the door and are good for all games.

Please purchase your $5.00 meal tickets by 2:00 pm Friday afternoon in the office.

Saturday, July 12th

10:00am – Chubby Bunny – Quad

In this game for all ages you will place a marshmallow in your mouth and then say “Chubby Bunny”. Then you will place another marshmallow in your mouth and repeat. The game will continue until no more marshmallows can be placed in your mouth while saying “Chubby Bunny: successfully. The guest that was able to place the most most marshmallows in their mouth is the winner of a S’mores kit. This game will be split into 3 different age groups.

11:00am – Whipped Cream Faces – Quad

This game is definitely a messy one! Each person will have a plate with 10 M&M’s covered in whipped cream. You will put your hands behind your back and when given the signal to start, you will hunt for the M&M’s and eat them. The first person to all the M&M’s is the winner of a jar of M&M’s.

12:00pm – Mystery Taste Game – Quad

In this game you will be blindfolded before the game starts. One by one, you will be given different foods to try and you must guess what the food is. The person with the most correct answers will win a free pizza from the Fillmore Pizza Parlor.

1:00pm – Banana Split Race – Grass by office

Each team will consist of 3 players. When the start of the game is announced with “GO”, the first person has to grab a bowl, a banana, peel it and chop it into the bowl. The bowl is then handed to the next player who has to add the next ingredient and so on. Once the banana splits have been made, the team needs to eat them. The winning team is the first to successfully make and eat their banana split will win a free scoop of ice cream from the Fillmore Ice Cream Parlor.

2:00pm – Little Chef Race – Quad

This game is a simple classic relay race game, except that before the kids and or adults can start their relay, you have to dress in all items of the chef costume that is placed on the starting line. Once you have had your run, you need to take off the costume and the next person puts it on and runs to the opposite side of the quad and it is repeated until all 4 players on the team have had a run. The team to complete the relay race is the winner and you’ll get your choice of an ice cream from the office.

3:00pm – Super Soaker Wagon Ride – Quad

Kids will board the hay wagon, carrying their mega water squirter. Bins of water on the wagon will keep the kids squirting at the RVers, who have hoses aimed at the wagon to squirt back! This is a kids vs adults competition to see who gets totally drenched!

6:00pm – Saturday Dinner – Jefferson Event Center

Join us after a day of food and fun for a mouthwatering dinner of Smoked Pork and Bone-in Cuts, served with a variety of sides such as Rice Pilaf, Roasted Broccoli, Dinner Rolls and Apple Cobbler all for only for $12.00.

7:00pm – Live Music – Quad

Grab your chairs, blankets, favorite drink and join us on the quad for live music by The Rock Shakerz!

Please purchase your $12.00 meal tickets by 2:00 pm Friday afternoon in the office.

Sunday, July 13th

9:00am – Sunday Breakfast – Jefferson Event Center

Before you head out today, stop by the Jefferson for Homemade Waffles with Fruit Toppings, Biscuits and Gravy, Fruit Danishes, Fresh Fruit, Coffee and Juice. Cost is only $8.00!

Please purchase your $8.00 meal tickets by noon on Saturday in the office.
