5:00 pm – Social Hour & Trivia – Fillmore Pizza Parlor

Get your weekend started right with a fun and friendly evening! We’re hosting a casual get-together featuring good food, great company, and a bit of friendly competition. Unwind and enjoy the start of your weekend with friends and fellow guests. Savor a classic Philly Cheese Steak, oozing with cheese and packed with flavor, or try another one of our specialty sandwiches, paired with a delicious side. The meal costs only $8.00.

At 6:00 PM, get ready for some brain-teasing fun with our trivia event! Teams of two can compete to answer a variety of questions. The team with the most correct answers will win a prize! Get your thinking caps on and prepare for a night of laughter and friendly competition. Don’t worry if you’re not a trivia expert – it’s all about having a good time! We can’t wait to see you there for an evening of relaxation, great food, and friendly competition. It’s the perfect way to kick off your weekend!

Friday, January 30th

5:30 pm – Social Hour & Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for a fun evening of bingo! On tonight’s menu: Smoked Chicken Wings and French Fries. The meal costs only $5.00. Around 6:00 pm, we will transition into three or four fast-paced games of Bingo. Bingo cards are available at the door for $5.00 and are good for all games.

Please purchase your $5.00 meal tickets by 2:00 pm Friday at the office.

Saturday, January 31st

10:00 am – Kids Craft – Polk Room

Get ready to dive into a burst of color, creativity, and pure electrifying fun! Today, we’re turning ordinary rocks into extraordinary masterpieces—each one a tiny canvas packed with personality and power. Grab your brushes, shake out that creativity, and let your imagination crack wide open. Whether you’re painting a mini monster, a sparkling gemstone, an inspiring message, or something wild straight from your imagination—this is your moment to rock it! The cost of this craft is $5.00 and please sign up in the office.

11:00 am – Up or Down Challenge – Polk Room

Welcome to the ultimate showdown… UP OR DOWN! Get ready for heart-pounding action, fast hands, and fierce teamwork—because this game is about to crank the energy all the way up. The rules are simple, it’s a timed team competition where players flip cups to face either up or down. Two teams are formed, with one team flipping cups to face up and the other flipping them face down. The team with the most cups facing their direction at the end of the time limit wins the round! 

12:00 pm – The Circle – Polk Room

Are you ready to play The Circle? This exciting game is guaranteed to spark laughter and is perfect for players of all ages and group sizes. Everyone begins seated in a circle of chairs, with one blindfolded player standing in the middle. Each person is assigned a number, and when the player in the center calls out numbers at random times, anyone with that number must jump up and switch seats. But be quick—if the blindfolded player tags you while you’re on the move, you take their place in the middle!

1:00 pm – The March Challenge – Polk Room

Gather around for a simple yet surprisingly challenging activity—Marching in Place! It might look easy, but don’t be fooled. Players will stand inside a marked square, blindfolded, and must march in place for one full minute. If you manage to stay inside your square without wandering out… you win a prize!

2:00 pm – The TP Challenge – Polk Room

Join us for a fun and exciting game! The toilet paper and cup of water game is a race in which players pull a roll of toilet paper to move a cup of water across a table or to a finish line without spilling the water or tearing the paper. The first person to get their cup to the end wins. The challenge is to pull the toilet paper carefully and steadily to avoid any spills or rips.

3:00 pm – Adult Craft – Polk Room

We’re excited to invite you to a relaxing and creative crafting experience! Join us as we explore the art of candle painting using vibrant colored wax. This hands-on activity is a wonderful way to unwind, express your creativity, and create a beautifully personalized candle to take home. The cost of this craft is $10.00 and please sign up in the office.

6:00 pm – Saturday Dinner – Jefferson Event Center

Come on down to the Jefferson Event Center for an evening among friends. We’ll be serving Smoked Jumbo Pork Chops, Baked Potato, Green Beans, Fried Apples, Rolls, Dessert, beer, wine, and drinks for the kids.

Cost of the meal has not been set yet, but all meals range from $10.00 to $25.00 depending on what’s being served. Please purchase your meal tickets by 2:00 pm Friday at the office.

Sunday, February 1st

9:00 am – Sunday Breakfast – Jefferson Event Center

Before you head home today, come on down to the Jefferson Event Center for a hearty breakfast. Enjoy Breakfast Burritos, Fried Potatoes, Fresh Fruit, Juice and Coffee. All of this for only $8.00.

Please purchase your $8.00 meal tickets by noon Saturday at the office.
