5:00 pm – Social Hour & Trivia – Fillmore Pizza Parlor

Get your weekend started right with a fun and friendly evening! We’re hosting a casual get-together featuring good food, great company, and a bit of friendly competition. Unwind and enjoy the start of your weekend with friends and fellow guests. Savor a classic Philly Cheese Steak, oozing with cheese and packed with flavor, or try another one of our specialty sandwiches, paired with a delicious side. The meal costs only $8.00.

At 6:00 PM, get ready for some brain-teasing fun with our trivia event! Teams of two can compete to answer a variety of questions. The team with the most correct answers will win a prize! Get your thinking caps on and prepare for a night of laughter and friendly competition. Don’t worry if you’re not a trivia expert – it’s all about having a good time! We can’t wait to see you there for an evening of relaxation, great food, and friendly competition. It’s the perfect way to kick off your weekend!

Friday, January 23rd

5:30 pm – Social Hour & Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for a fun evening of bingo! On tonight’s menu: Homemade Chicken Pot Pie with Mac & Cheese. The meal costs only $5.00. Around 6:00 pm, we will transition into three or four fast-paced games of Bingo. Bingo cards are available at the door for $5.00 and are good for all games.

Please purchase your $5.00 meal tickets by 2:00 pm Friday at the office.

Saturday, January 24th

10:00 am – Kids Craft – Polk Room

Get your hands messy and your creativity flowing with Pinch Pots! This exciting, hands-on activity brings clay to life as everyone molds, shapes, and pinches their way to creating unique, one-of-a-kind bowls. The cost for this craft is $8.00 and please sign up in the office.

11:00 am – Flip Cup Tic Tac Toe – Polk Room

Get ready for a fast-paced fusion of skill, strategy, and pure adrenaline with Flip Cup Tic Tac Toe! Players race to flip their cup on a table and as soon as they flip it they have to race to put it on a tic tac toe board. The first team to get three in a row wins!

12:00 pm – Balloon and Cups Challenge – Polk Room

Gather as we play this fun and creative relay race with balloons and cups. Everyone will partner up and each person will get six cups and one balloon. The six cups will be lined up side by side and each player will have to take their balloon and blow it up inside each cup to stack all the cups up. There are many different strategies but if you use your hands then you have to start all over! The first person to not use their hands to get all the cups stacked wins!

1:00 pm – Pass the Broom – Polk Room

Come play Pass the Broom! Everyone is gathered around in a circle and each person has a broom stick. Players must catch a falling broom before it hits the ground. If the broom is dropped then you are out! The challenge will get harder and harder as the space starts to become bigger with opponents dropping the broom. 

2:00 pm – Cup Race – Polk Room

Join us in a fun game of balloon and cup race! There will be two teams and every player will get a balloon. There will be a long table set up and the goal of the game is to get the cup to the other side of the table. The way you do so is each person will take turns blowing up their balloon and using the air in the balloon to blow the cup to the other end. If your cup falls off you have to restart! The first team to get their cup to the other end wins!

3:00 pm – Adult Craft – Polk Room

Get ready to unleash your inner artist, ignite your imagination, and let the rhythm of good vibes guide your brush! We are having a Sip and Paint! This is your canvas, your afternoon, your masterpiece. Let’s paint it unforgettable! The cost for this craft is $10.00 and please sign up in the office.

5:30 pm – Saturday Dinner – Jefferson Event Center

Come on down to the Jefferson Event Center for an evening among friends. We’ll be serving Smoked Meatloaf, Cucumber Tomato Salad with Feta, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, Rolls, Dessert, beer, wine, and drinks for the kids. The cost of this meal is only $12.00.

 6:30 pm – Live Entertainment – Fillmore Pizza Parlor

Join the fun at Madison Vines for an evening of music, laughter, and great company!

Show off your talent or cheer on local performers during Open Mic Night, then keep the energy going with karaoke hosted by Mark Anderson.

Sunday, January 25th

9:00 am – Sunday Breakfast – Jefferson Event Center

Before you head home today, come on down to the Jefferson Event Center for a hearty breakfast. Enjoy Ham & Cheese or Denver Omelets, Hashbrowns, toast, Fresh Fruit, Juice and Coffee. All of this for only $8.00.
