5:30 pm – Social Hour & Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for Over the Top Chili with cheddar cheese, sour cream, and a corn muffin, beer, wine, and kid-friendly drinks. The cost of the meal is only $8.00. Around 6:00 pm, we will transition into three or four fast-paced games of Bingo. Bingo cards are available at the door for $5.00 and are good for all games.

7:30 pm – Haunted House Opens – Quad

Join us for an thrilling adventure as you enter the Haunted House!  In the dark of night,  kids and adults can experience the excitement of “fog-filled” corridors with black lights that illuminate classic Halloween images that include goblins, graveyards, clowns, scares, and screams. Indeed, this haunted adventure is an unforgettable, super fun occasion designed for kids and adults. Parents, we will have a less scary version of the Haunted House for the little ones on Saturday afternoon.

Saturday, October 18th

 10:00 am – Family Halloween Craft – Polk Room

Come on down to the Polk room and join us in a fun family craft. We will be making our very own Graham Cracker Haunted Houses with all the scary Halloween decor. Cost of this craft is $8.00 and you must sign up in the office. 

11:00 am – Mummy Wrap– Quad

We will take teams of two players. Once player will be the mummy and the other will wrap the mummy in toilet paper. The team who gets the mummy wrapped with 2 rolls of toilet paper will receive a free scoop of ice cream from the Fillmore Ice Cream Parlor.

12:00 pm – Marshmallow Ghost Stack  – Quad

In this game you will be given a specific number of marshmallow ghosts and a specific number of popsicle sticks. The guests who stacks theirs the fastest will will receive a Madison Vines sweatshirt.

                                                         1:00 pm – Pumpkin Carving – Fillmore Pizza Parlor                                                              

Pick a pumpkin and come join us for pumpkin carving!  After you have finished carving your pumpkin, our judges will decide who the top winner is and they will receive a $25.00 gift card. The winner will be announced after the Hay Ride and then you can take your pumpkin home with you. Cost of this event is $5.00 and you must sign up in the office.

2:30 pm – Hay Wagon Ride – Quad

Come board the Hay Wagon for a relaxing ride through the resort and marvel at the many decorated campsites.

3:00 pm – Adult Halloween Craft – Polk Room

Adult’s join us in the Polk Room and create your very own Halloween painting with your feet. This fun crafting is sure to have everyone laughing as we try to paint a Halloween scene with your feet. Cost of this craft is $10.00 and you must sign up in the office.

 3:00 to 4:00 pm – Haunted House Little Kids – Quad

Parents, if your little ones are to small to enjoy the scariness of our Haunted House, but they still want to come inside, now is the time. During these daylight hours our Haunted House may not seem as dreadful to the younger children and we will not have all the scary creatures jumping out at the little ones.

4:30 to 5:30 pm – Trick or Treat – Throughout the resort

Meet us at the Fillmore Pizza Parlor and begin your journey through the resort collecting your candy. Campers will be at their RV’s handing out the goodies to all our scary ghosts and goblins as you wander through the resort, but remember to say the magic words, Trick or Treat.

6:00 pm – Saturday Dinner – Jefferson Event Center

Come and enjoy tender, baked to perfection Chicken Breast, served with Fresh Garden Salad, Homemade Macaroni and Cheese, Roasted Broccoli, Dinner Rolls and Cherry Cobbler for dessert.  All for only $12.00.

7:00 pm – Costume Contest/Site Decorating Awards – Jefferson Event Center

Grab your finest Halloween costume and join us in the event center for our costume contest and announcement of the Best Decorated Site. We will us our Madison Vines Applause-meter to determine the top 3 best costumes which will receive $75.00 for 1st place, $50.00 for 2nd Place and $25.00 for 3rd Place. Our judges will also be awarding $100.00 to the Best Decorated Site.

Join us for Homemade Pancakes with Real Maple Syrup, Homemade biscuits and gravy, Breakfast Pizza, Fresh Fruit, Juice, and coffee.  All for just $8.00!

Please purchase your $8.00 meal tickets by noon on Saturday in the office.
