5:00 pm – Social Hour & Trivia – Fillmore Pizza Parlor

Get your weekend started right with a fun and friendly evening! We’re hosting a casual get-together featuring good food, great company, and a bit of friendly competition. Unwind and enjoy the start of your weekend with friends and fellow guests. Savor a classic Philly Cheese Steak, oozing with cheese and packed with flavor, or try one of our other specialty sandwiches paired with a delicious side. The meal costs only $8.00.

At 6:00 PM, get ready for some brain-teasing fun with our trivia event! Teams of two can compete to answer a variety of questions. The team with the most correct answers will win a prize! Get your thinking caps on and prepare for a night of laughter and friendly competition. Don’t worry if you’re not a trivia expert – it’s all about having a good time! We can’t wait to see you there for an evening of relaxation, great food, and friendly competition. It’s the perfect way to kick off your weekend!

Friday, December 4th

5:30 pm – Social Hour & Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for a fun evening of bingo! On tonight’s menu: Grilled Ham & Cheese Sandwiches with Potato Soup. The meal costs only $5.00. Around 6:00 pm, we will transition into three or four fast-paced games of Bingo. Bingo cards are available at the door for $5.00 and are good for all games.

Please purchase your $5.00 meal tickets at the office by 2:00 pm Friday.

Saturday, December 5th

10:00 am – Family Craft – Polk Room

Add sparkle and holiday cheer with a Glitter Reindeer Jar filled with colorful M&Ms. This festive craft makes a perfect gift, party favor, or decoration for the holiday season!

11:00 am – Pass the Bell – Quad

Bringing laughter and excitement to any holiday gathering with the Pass the Bell—a festive mix of hot potato and musical chairs that’s perfect for kids and adults alike. Have everyone sit or stand in a circle, leaving enough space to easily pass the bell. While the music plays, players quickly pass the bell around the circle. The person holding the bell when the music stops is out and steps out of the circle. Each time the music stops, the person holding the bell is eliminated. Continue until only one player remains. That person is the winner!

12:00 pm – Bow Challenge – Quad

A hilarious and fast-paced holiday party game, Scoop the Bow Blindfolded challenges players to rely on touch and luck to collect as many bows as possible before time runs out. Perfect for kids, families, or classroom celebrations. Scatter a pile of bows in the center of a table or on the floor. Give each player a spoon and a small bowl. One player at a time puts on a blindfold and stands near the pile. Give the player one minute to scoop as many bows as possible into their bowl using only the spoon—no hands allowed! When time is up, count how many bows the player collected. Reset the bows and repeat for each participant. The player who scoops the most bows wins!

1:00 pm – Don’t Blow It – Horseshoe Pits

Don’t Blow It is a suspenseful and hilarious party game that tests control, precision, and nerves. Players take turns blowing cards off a stack—just don’t blow the bottom one, or it’s game over! Stack all the cards neatly in a pile on the table. Make sure the surface is flat and free of wind or fans. Players sit around the table. On each turn, a player leans in and gently blows on the stack to remove as many top cards as they choose. Blow off as many cards as possible without moving or blowing away the bottom card.  If a player blows the bottom card, they lose that round. This game will continue until there are two people left, and there can only be one winner!

2:00 pm – Reindeer Games – Horseshoe Pits

Get ready to prance, laugh, and compete like Santa’s favorite reindeer! The Reindeer Hooves Game brings holiday cheer to life as players race to complete silly, festive challenges using only their “hooves.” Players will transform into reindeer, test their coordination, and see who can handle their hooves the best. There will be plastic ups that players must put over their hands. The goal is to get as many marshmallows as you can the fastest with their “hooves”. Whoever has the most marshmallows wins!

3:00 pm – Adult Craft – Polk Room

Bring the magic of winter to life with a Wood Snowman that’s bursting with creativity and holiday cheer! This hands-on project turns simple wooden pieces into a jolly snowman that never melts!

6:00 pm – Saturday Dinner – Jefferson Event Center

Join Us at the Jefferson Event Center! Enjoy a delicious meal featuring: Tender Pot Roast, Red Potatoes, Carrots, Rolls, and Dessert.

Join us at the Madison Vines Pizza Parlor for an evening of fellowship with friends and live entertainment!

Sunday, December 6th

9:00 am – Sunday Breakfast – Jefferson Event Center

Before you head home today, come on down to the Jefferson Event Center for a hearty breakfast. Enjoy Scrambled Eggs, Ham, Waffles,  Fried Potatoes, Fresh Fruit, Juice and Coffee. All of this for only $8.00.

Please purchase your $8.00 meal tickets by noon Sunday at the office.

Daily activities may be moved inside due to weather.
