Unwind and enjoy the start of your weekend with friends and fellow guests. Savor a classic Philly Cheese Steak, oozing with cheese and packed with flavor, or try one of our other specialty sandwiches paired with a delicious side. The meal costs only $8.00.

At 6:00 PM, get ready for some brain-teasing fun with our trivia event! Teams of two can compete to answer a variety of questions. The team with the most correct answers will win a prize! Get your thinking caps on and prepare for a night of laughter and friendly competition. Don’t worry if you’re not a trivia expert – it’s all about having a good time! We can’t wait to see you there for an evening of relaxation, great food, and friendly competition. It’s the perfect way to kick off your weekend!

Friday, December 18th

5:30 pm – Social Hour & Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for a fun evening of bingo! On tonight’s menu: Chicken Quesadillas and Rice. The meal costs only $5.00. Around 6:00 pm, we will transition into three or four fast-paced games of Bingo. Bingo cards are available at the door for $5.00 and are good for all games.

Saturday, December 19th

10:00 am – Family Craft – Polk Room

Turn an ordinary sock into a frosty friend with a Snowman Sock—a cozy, creative, and joy-filled activity that brings winter magic indoors! This adorable project transforms simple socks into cheerful snowmen, complete with buttons, scarves, and big smiles. The cost for this craft is only $8.00, and please sign up at the office.

11:00 am – Stack Challenge – Polk Room

Get ready for a holiday game that’s all about steady hands, sharp focus, and a dash of festive fun! The Christmas Cup Stack Challenge will put balance and patience to the ultimate test. Players face a tower of cups stacked in the shape of a Christmas tree, with a shiny ornament perched right on top. The mission? Carefully unstack each cup one by one—without letting that ornament tumble! Sounds easy, but one wrong move and it’s back to the start. The first player to successfully unstack all the cups while keeping the ornament perfectly balanced wins the title of Christmas Cup Champion!

12:00 pm – Mystery Drink – Polk Room

Add a twist of fun and curiosity to any gathering with the Mystery Drink Order Game! This entertaining challenge tests memory, observation, and a bit of luck as players try to guess the correct order of hidden drinks. There will be a mystery order of drinks in a pattern no one will know. Each participant takes a turn putting the drink in the order that they think the mystery line up is. The person that gets all the drinks correct wins!

1:00 pm – Candy Cane Fishing – Polk Room

Hook into some holiday hilarity with the Candy Cane Fishing—a sweet and silly challenge that’s guaranteed to get everyone laughing! In this festive favorite, players hold one candy cane in their mouth and use it as a “fishing hook” to scoop up as many candy canes as possible and drop them into a bowl. No hands allowed—just skill, focus, and a whole lot of giggles! The clock is ticking, the candy canes are slippery, and the competition is fierce. The player who lands the most candy canes in their bowl before time runs out wins the title of Candy Cane Fishing Champion!

2:00 pm – Bow Challenge – Polk Room

Get ready for a hilarious holiday challenge that’s all about balance, coordination, and a little bit of luck! The Blindfold Bow Scoop Game will have everyone laughing as players try to scoop up as many shiny gift bows as possible—without being able to see a thing! With one hand holding a bowl above the head and the other wielding a spatula, players must rely on their instincts to find and scoop the bows scattered across the table. Every scoop counts, but it’s not as easy as it sounds! The player who collects the most bows in their bowl before time runs out wins the round and earns ultimate bragging rights as the Bow Scoop Champion!

3:00 pm – Adult Craft – Polk Room

Add a twist of creativity and a dash of holiday sparkle with Christmas String Art! This festive activity turns simple boards, colorful string, and a few nails into dazzling holiday masterpieces. From twinkling trees and shining stars to jolly reindeer and snowflakes, every design bursts with seasonal cheer.

6:00 pm – Saturday Dinner & Christmas Party – Jefferson Event Center

Join Us at the Jefferson Event Center! Enjoy a delicious meal featuring: Over-the-Top Chili, Cornbread, and Dessert.

After dinner, join us for our Madison Vines Christmas Party! Wear your  Ugly Christmas Sweaters for our Ugly Christmas Sweater contest, enjoy fun Christmas Games and each guest bring a wrapped gift of no more than $15.00 for our White Elephant Gift Exchange!

Sunday, December 20th

9:00 am – Sunday Breakfast – Jefferson Event Center

Before you head home today, come on down to the Jefferson Event Center for a hearty breakfast. Enjoy Scrambled Eggs, Pancakes, Biscuits and Gravy, Fried Potatoes, Fresh Fruit, Juice and Coffee. All of this for only $8.00.
