Thursday, December 10th

5:00 pm – Social Hour & Trivia – Fillmore Pizza Parlor

Get your weekend started right with a fun and friendly evening! We’re hosting a casual get-together featuring good food, great company, and a bit of friendly competition. Unwind and enjoy the start of your weekend with friends and fellow guests. Savor a classic Philly Cheese Steak, oozing with cheese and packed with flavor, or try another one of our specialty sandwiches, paired with a delicious side. The meal costs only $8.00.

At 6:00 PM, get ready for some brain-teasing fun with our trivia event! Teams of two can compete to answer a variety of questions. The team with the most correct answers will win a prize! Get your thinking caps on and prepare for a night of laughter and friendly competition. Don’t worry if you’re not a trivia expert – it’s all about having a good time! We can’t wait to see you there for an evening of relaxation, great food, and friendly competition. It’s the perfect way to kick off your weekend!

Friday, December 11th 

5:30 pm – Social Hour & Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for a fun evening of bingo! On tonight’s menu: Buffalo Chicken Sliders and Potato Salad. The meal costs only $5.00. Around 6:00 pm, we will transition into three or four fast-paced games of Bingo. Bingo cards are available at the door for $5.00 and are good for all games.

Saturday, December 12th

10:00 am – Kids Craft – Polk Room

Add a splash of color and creativity to the holiday season by decorating clear ornaments with paint. This simple yet stunning craft lets everyone design one-of-a-kind decorations that shimmer on the tree or make perfect handmade gifts.  Cost of this craft is $5.00 and please sign up in the office.

11:00 am – Candy Cane Challenge – Polk Room

Get ready for a holiday challenge that’s trickier than it looks! Getting the Candy Cane in a Bottle is a test of teamwork, patience, and precision that will have everyone laughing and cheering. Two players team up, each holding one end of a string with a candy cane balanced in the middle. The mission? Work together to guide the candy cane into a bottle—without dropping it! Whoever gets the candy cane in the bottle first, wins!

12:00 pm – Face Balance – Polk Room

Get ready to giggle, wobble, and test your holiday balancing skills! The Candy Cane Face Balance Game is a festive challenge that looks easy—until the candy canes start sliding off. Players must balance as many candy canes as possible on their faces without using their hands. Whoever balances the most on their face wins!

1:00 pm – Snowman Wrap Game – Quad

Roll into the holiday spirit with the Snowman Wrap Game—a fast, funny, and frosty competition that’s guaranteed to get everyone laughing! Teams race to wrap one player from head to toe in toilet paper, transforming them into a jolly snowman before time runs out. But the fun doesn’t stop there—once wrapped, it’s time to decorate! Add scarves, hats, buttons, and whatever festive flair can be found to bring each snowman to life! The fastest team wins!

2:30 pm – Ornament Challenge – Quad

Join us for a fast-paced holiday showdown that will test reflexes, coordination, and a little bit of luck! Ornament Flip Challenge is a thrilling game where players race to master the ultimate festive trick—grabbing an upside-down cup, tossing the ornament into the air, flipping the cup, and catching the ornament before it hits the ground. It sounds simple, but don’t be fooled—timing is everything! One wrong move and that ornament will bounce away. The player who completes the flip-and-catch the fastest wins!

3:00 pm – Adult Crafts – Polk Room

Bring holiday sparkles to life with the Green Glass Christmas Tree Craft—a creative and eye-catching project that turns simple glass pieces into a stunning festive decoration. Using bits of green glass and a touch of glue, this craft transforms ordinary materials into a shimmering Christmas tree that catches the light beautifully. Cost of this craft is $10.00.

5:00 pm – The Polar Express Experience – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for an unforgettable journey on the Polar Express! Experience the magic of the holiday season with a special train ride to meet Santa himself. Our Polar Express adventure starts with a festive train ride through the park. Let’s dress in our best Pajamas, grab a pillow, blanket and head on down to your closet train stop. Before boarding, each child will receive a golden ticket, their passport to this enchanting evening.  The Polar Express will make several stops within the park to pick up families. Relax and enjoy the ride as we journey to a magical destination. 

Our train will deliver you to a magical event center, where Santa Claus awaits! Each child will have the opportunity to meet Santa, share their wishes, and create a lasting memory.

After meeting Santa, it’s time for a delicious holiday dinner!  Enjoy a delicious meal featuring: Smoked Chicken, Wild Rice, Green Beans, Rolls, and Dessert.

As the evening winds down, the lights will dim, and we’ll gather to watch the beloved classic, The Polar Express. Snuggle up with your family and enjoy this heartwarming tale of holiday magic.

After the movie, the Polar Express will return families to their original train stops. We hope you’ll cherish the memories of this magical evening for years to come.

Sunday, December 13th

9:00 am – Sunday Breakfast – Jefferson Event Center

Before you head home today, come on down to the Jefferson Event Center for a hearty breakfast. Enjoy Funnel Cakes, Breakfast Pizza, Bacon, Fried Potatoes, Fresh Fruit, Juice and Coffee. All of this for only $8.00.

Please purchase your $8.00 meal tickets by noon on Saturday in the office.
