Friday, August 8th

5:30pm – Social Hour & Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

Join us at the Jefferson for a delightful evening featuring Baked Spaghetti (plain or with pepperoni & mushrooms), Caesar Salad, Beer, Wine and kid friendly drinks. Around 6:00pm, we transition into three to  four fast-paced bingo games. Cards are $5.00 cash at the door and are good for all games.

Please purchase your $5.00 meal tickets by 2:00 pm Friday afternoon in the office.

Saturday, August 9th

10:00am – Kids Craft – Polk Room

Kids come on down to the Polk room and let’s make garden frog together. These potted frogs will bring joy to any garden and don’t worry adults, we will have an afternoon frog craft for you too. Cost of this craft is $8.00 and you must sign up in the office.

11:00am – Water Balloon Toss – Quad

This game requires teams of two to catch a fragile water balloon that is thrown over a long distance by a teammate. Play continues with teams tossing the water balloon to one another until there is only one team left. The winning team members each get a free scoop of ice cream from Fillmore Ice Cream Parlor.

12:00pm – Sponge Relay Race – Quad

In this race, one player from each team takes their sponge, runs down to the full bucket, fills the sponge with the water, runs back to squeeze as much water as possible into the empty bucket. Then the next player goes and so on, until they fill their bucket. The team that fills their bucket first, wins bragging rights.

1:00pm – Scavenger Hunt – Quad

Join us for a delightful and interesting “Photo Scavenger Hunt” to find Madison Vines’ Treasures scattered throughout the property!  All kids under 18 who participate and complete the list will enjoy a free scoop of ice cream from our Fillmore Ice Cream & Pizza Parlor. Stop by the office to pick up your list of clues.

1:00pm – Adult Craft – Polk Room

Adults come on down to the Polk Room and make Garden Frogs with us. These cute frogs are sure to make any garden look it’s best. Cost of this craft is only $8.00 and please sign up in the office.

3:00pm – Super Soaker Wagon Ride – Quad

Kids will board the hay wagon, carrying their mega water squirter. Bins of water on the wagon will keep the kids squirting at the RVers, who have hoses aimed at the wagon to squirt back! This is a kids vs adults competition to see who gets totally drenched!

6:00pm – Saturday Dinner – Jefferson Event Center

Don’t want to cook tonight, we’ve got you covered. Come on down to the event center for an authentic Cajun Shrimp Boil that includes Red Potatoes, Corn on the Cob, Homemade Cornbread and Cherry Cobbler. All of this for only $15.00 per person.

Sunday, August 10th

9:00am – Sunday Breakfast – Jefferson Event Center

Start the day off right with a delicious homemade breakfast consisting of Good Eggs (Egg, Bacon & Cheese cup), Biscuits and Gravy, Croissants, Fresh Fruit, Coffee and Juice. All for only $8.00.

Please purchase your breakfast tickets by noon on Saturday in the office.
