5:00 pm – Social Hour & Trivia – Fillmore Pizza Parlor

Get your weekend started right with a fun and friendly evening! We’re hosting a casual get-together featuring good food, great company, and a bit of friendly competition. Unwind and enjoy the start of your weekend with friends and fellow guests. Savor a classic Philly Cheese Steak, oozing with cheese and packed with flavor, or try one of our other specialty sandwiches paired with a delicious side. The meal costs only $8.00.

At 6:00 PM, get ready for some brain-teasing fun with our trivia event! Teams of two can compete to answer a variety of questions. The team with the most correct answers will win a prize! Get your thinking caps on and prepare for a night of laughter and friendly competition. Don’t worry if you’re not a trivia expert – it’s all about having a good time! We can’t wait to see you there for an evening of relaxation, great food, and friendly competition. It’s the perfect way to kick off your weekend!

Friday, August 7th

5:30 pm – Social Hour & Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for a fun evening of bingo! On tonight’s menu: Lasagna with Garlic Bread. The meal costs only $5.00. Around 6:00 pm, we will transition into three or four fast-paced games of Bingo. Bingo cards are available at the door for $5.00 and are good for all games.

Saturday, August 8th

10:00 am – Family Tie Dye – Polk Room

Bring on the color, creativity, and a splash of fun with Water Gun Tie-Dye! This vibrant twist on traditional tie-dye turns plain white shirts into wearable works of art—using water guns instead of squeeze bottles! It’s the perfect mix of art, play, and a little friendly color chaos. The cost of this craft is $8.00 if you purchase your shirt from us or $5.00 if you bring your own shirt.

11:00 am – Water Bucket Challenge – Quad

Get ready for the water bucket game! The first player starts with a full bucket of water, lifts it high overhead, and pours it backward into the next teammate’s bucket without looking. The line continues, one careful pour at a time, as laughter and cheers fill the air. When the last player finishes, the team with the most water left wins! 

12:00 pm – Water Balloon Toss – Quad

Grab a partner and get those throwing arms warmed up—it’s time for our Water Balloon Toss!  Teams will start standing close together, gently lobbing their water balloon back and forth. Sounds easy, right? But here’s the twist: after every successful catch, each team takes one big step back! The farther you go, the higher the suspense… and the bigger the splash when things go hilariously wrong! Only one pair can be crowned the Water Balloon Champions, but everyone’s guaranteed a good laugh and a cool splash!

1:00 pm – Water Balloon Spin the Bottle – Quad

Get ready for splashes, laughter, and a whole lot of running! In this wild twist on a classic game, everyone stands in a circle and takes turns spinning the bottle. When it stops, the person it points to becomes the thrower—armed with a water balloon and ready for action! As soon as the bottle picks its target, everyone else takes off running. The chosen player grabs a water balloon and tries to hit someone before they escape. If you get splashed, you’re out! The game keeps going until only one dry (and lucky) player remains.

2:00 pm – Adult Craft – Polk Room

Light up the night with a glow of creativity and charm in Lantern Mason Jars! This enchanting craft turns simple mason jars into sparkling lanterns that shine with personality and imagination. The cost of this craft is $10.00 and please sign up at the office.

3:00 pm – Super Soaker Hay Ride – Quad

Kids will board the hay wagon, carrying their mega water squirter. Bins of water on the wagon will keep the kids squirting at the RVers, who have hoses aimed at the wagon to squirt back! This is a kids vs adults competition to see who gets totally drenched!

6:00 pm – Saturday Dinner – Jefferson Event Center

Join Us at the Jefferson Event Center! Enjoy a delicious meal featuring: Chicken Parmesan, Caesar Salad, Grilled Veggies, Garlic Bread, and Dessert.

Gather with friends and family for great food and good company — we can’t wait to see you there!

Sunday, August 9th

9:00 am – Sunday Breakfast – Jefferson Event Center

Before you head home today, come on down to the Jefferson Event Center for a hearty breakfast. Enjoy Scrambled Eggs, Biscuits & Gravy, Fried Potatoes, Fresh Fruit, Juice and Coffee. All of this for only $8.00.

Please purchase your $8.00 meal tickets by noon Sunday at the office.
