Friday, August 15th

5:30pm – Social Hour & Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

Join us at the Jefferson for a delightful evening featuring a Loaded Nacho Bar, Homemade Guacamole, Fresh Salsa, Beer, Wine and kid friendly drinks. Around 6:00pm, we transition into three to  four fast-paced bingo games. Cards are $5.00 cash at the door and are good for all games.

Please purchase your $5.00 meal tickets by 2:00 pm Friday afternoon in the office.

Saturday, August 16th

10:00am – Family Craft – Polk Room

Are you ready to make a unique bird house or bird feeder? Join us in the Polk room and make your very our Fairy Garden bird house or bird feeder. This fun and cute craft is going to look great hanging in your trees at home. The cost of this craft is $8.00 and you must sign up in the office.

11:30am – Free Throw Contest – Basketball Court

Join us on the basketball court for an exciting free throw contest. We will have 3 different age groups, 8 & under, 9-16 years and 17 & over. How many free throws can you make? The guest who makes the most free throws in each age group out of 15 throws will win a $25.00 gift card.

12:30pm – Cornhole Tournament – Quad

Join us at the Quad for a Cornhole Tournament. We will be taking 10 teams of 2 and the final team standing will each win a $25.00 gift card. Please sign up for the Cornhole Tournament in the office.

2:00pm – Axe Throwing – Quad

After you’ve finished warming up your throwing arm, take a shot at Axe Throwing. Each person will get 5 throws and the person with the most points out of 5 throws will win and Ice Cream at the Fillmore Ice Cream Parlor.

3:00pm – Super Soaker Hay Ride – Quad

Kids will board the hay wagon, carrying their mega water squirter. Bins of water on the wagon will keep the kids squirting at the RVers, who have hoses aimed at the wagon to squirt back! This is a kids vs adults competition to see who gets totally drenched! Of course, our staff will be monitoring this big time, super soaking, fun activity on a warm summer day.

6:00pm – Saturday Dinner – Jefferson Event Center

Come on over to the Jefferson Event Center and enjoy an evening of delicious food and fun times with the family. Tonight we will be serving Smoked Braided Pork Tenderloin, Cucumber Tomato Salad, Roasted Corn & Peppers, Fried Apples, Sweet Corn Muffins, Ice Cream with Chocolate Sryup, beer, wine, and drinks for the kids. All of this for only $12.00.

Please purchase your $12 tickets by 2:00 pm Friday afternoon in the office.

7:00pm – Live Music – Quad

Bring your chairs, blankets, favorite beverage and join us on the quad for live music by The Rock Shakerz.

Sunday, August 17th

9:00am – Sunday Breakfast – Jefferson Event Center

Start the day off right with delicious homemade French Toast, Biscuits and Gravy, Breakfast Pizza, Fresh Fruit, Coffee and Juice. All for only $8.00.

Please purchase your breakfast tickets by noon on Saturday in the office.
