Bingo, Pulled Pork Sliders & Fine Beverages

Come meet your friends and neighbors while enjoying stacked pulled pork sliders and potato salad. Around 6:15 we will transition to a fast-paced Bingo that has a 100% payout with a jackpot of about $200 from the purchase of our five-game card pack for $5 (cash only). Doors open at 5:30.

Saturday 9 – 10:00
Ceramic Painting Polk Crafts Room

Paint a festive ceramic at the Polk Arts and Crafts room. Larger ceramics ($4) and smaller ceramics ($2) are a hoot to paint with holiday themes. Ceramics include dinosaurs, unicorns, aliens and more! Use your imagination and our special sparkles to make these “works of art” come to life! Buy your ceramics in advance at the office.

Water Balloon Toss
Quad

This game requires teams of two to catch a fragile water balloon that is thrown over a long distance by a teammate. After all teams have thrown their water balloon, the teams will take a step backwards from their partner, creating a longer toss. Play continues with teams tossing the water balloon to one another until there is only one team left. The winning team gets a free cone or scoop of ice cream from Fillmore Ice Cream Parlor.

Foul Shooting Contest
Reception Center

This will be a straight forward “who makes the most out of 15 foul shots” competition that will be broken into two flights: kids under 16 and adults. The winner of the adult flight scores a $25 Amazon gift card while the winner of the kids’ flight wins a free t-shirt in the office or ice cream for two at our Fillmore Ice Cream Parlor.

Beach Volleyball Tournament
Reception Center

The first eight teams who sign up will play on our professional, white sand beach volleyball court with teams of two or three players. (Teams must have a minimum of two players but three players are preferred.) Each match will be played to 15 points. Winner moves on to play in next flight. Each player on the winning team receives a $25 Amazon Gift Card.

Cornhole Tournament

The first eight two person teams who sign up will enjoy a single elimination format of tournament corn hole. Each team will compete in their bracket where you play to 21 pts to advance to the next round. Each player on the winning team receives a $25 Amazon Gift Card.

Super Soaker Wagon Ride
Jefferson Center

Kids will board the hay wagon, carrying their mega water squirters. Bins of water on the wagon will keep the kids squirting at the RVers, who have hoses aimed at the wagon to squirt back! This is a kids vs adults competition to see who gets totally drenched! Of course, our staff will be monitoring this big time, super soaking, fun activity on a hot summer day.

Billiard & Shuffleboard Tournament
Taylor Billiard Room

We are hosting a fast paced 9-ball billiard tournament for the first 12 people who sign up. Legally pocket the 9 ball to win your match. The final three flight winners will compete in brief shuffleboard tournament to set up the final round of two people competing in a 9-ball tournament for the $120 pot.

BBQ Chicken Breast Bone-In & Fine Beverages
Jefferson Center

We will be serving BBQ chicken breast bone-in with roasted little potatoes with carrots and onions, broccoli, sliced tomatoes and cucumber with balsamic dressing. A hand crafted hot fudge sundae is a delightful end to a great meal. Seating is limited. Please reserve your seats in advance at the office or call 540 – 948 – 4186. Only $8 per person.

Pancake Breakfast Galore

Start your day with a hot breakfast featuring homemade pancakes, a hashbrown casserole, breakfast pizza, juice, fresh fruit, pastry of choice and fine coffee. $5 per person (3+ & up) at the door or sign up at office
