5:00 pm – Social Hour & Trivia – Fillmore Pizza Parlor

Get your weekend started right with a fun and friendly evening! We’re hosting a casual get-together featuring good food, great company, and a bit of friendly competition. Unwind and enjoy the start of your weekend with friends and fellow guests. Savor a classic Philly Cheese Steak, oozing with cheese and packed with flavor, or try one of our other specialty sandwiches paired with a delicious side. The meal costs only $8.00.

At 6:00 PM, get ready for some brain-teasing fun with our trivia event! Teams of two can compete to answer a variety of questions. The team with the most correct answers will win a prize! Get your thinking caps on and prepare for a night of laughter and friendly competition. Don’t worry if you’re not a trivia expert – it’s all about having a good time! We can’t wait to see you there for an evening of relaxation, great food, and friendly competition. It’s the perfect way to kick off your weekend!

Friday, April 10th

5:30 pm – Social Hour & Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for a fun evening of bingo! On tonight’s menu: Bangers and Mash, beer, wine, and kid-friendly drinks. The meal costs only $5.00. Around 6:00 pm, we will transition into three or four fast-paced games of Bingo. Bingo cards are available at the door for $5.00 and are good for all games.

Saturday, April 11th

10:00 am – Family Craft – Polk Room

Create a glowing masterpiece that brings a touch of magic to any space! The Light-Up Cloud Craft combines creativity and imagination to make a fluffy, illuminated cloud that shines bright and looks dreamy. The cost of this craft is $10.00 and please sign up at the office.

11:00 am – Flip Challenge – Polk Room

Get ready for a fast-paced, high-energy competition that’s all about speed, coordination, and teamwork! Flip Cup is a classic relay-style game where two teams race to flip their cups before the other side finishes. Divide players into two equal teams and line up on opposite sides of a table. Each player has a cup. On “Go!” the first player on each team has their cup on the edge of the table and tries to flip it so it lands perfectly upright. Once a player successfully flips their cup, the next teammate goes. The first team to have all players finish and flip their cups wins! 

12:00 pm – Pencil Challenge – Polk Room

Are you ready for this challenging game? The pencil game is a simple yet challenging game where you start off with a pencil on the back of your hand, throw it up in the air, and catch it in mid air. You keep adding pencils each round. If you drop it then you’re out. Whoever catches the most pencils wins!

1:00 pm – Dice Challenge – Polk Room

The Balance the Dice Challenge is all about keeping cool under pressure while stacking dice in the most unexpected way—on a popsicle stick held in the mouth! Each player is given a popsicle stick and several dice. Place the popsicle stick in the mouth, keeping it level. One by one, carefully stack dice on the end of the stick without letting them fall. The player who balances the most dice for at least five seconds wins! 

2:00 pm –Frozen Fingers – Quad

Get ready for a frosty race against time! The Frozen Fingers Ice Melt Challenge is a fun and competitive game where players use creativity, speed, and a little body heat to melt an ice cube as fast as possible. Each player will get one ice cube. When the signal is given, players must melt their ice cube using only their hands—no tools, mouths, or external heat sources allowed. The first player to completely melt their ice cube wins!

3:00 pm – Adult Craft – Fillmore Pizza Parlor

Unleash creativity and design a one-of-a-kind coffee mug that’s both personal and practical! This craft is perfect for expressing style, making gifts, or adding a custom touch to any kitchen shelf. The cost of this craft is $10.00 and please be sure to sign up at the office.

6:00 pm – Saturday Dinner – Jefferson Event Center

Join Us for a Delicious Dinner!
Head to the Event Center and enjoy a hearty meal featuring mouth watering BBQ Chicken, Green Beans, Rice Pilaf, a warm roll, and a tasty dessert.
A comforting feast you won’t want to miss!

Join us at the Madison Vines Pizza Parlor for an evening of fellowship with friends and live entertainment featuring Tommy Wood!

Sunday, April 12th

9:00 am – Sunday Breakfast – Jefferson Event Center

Before you head home today, come on down to the Jefferson Event Center for a hearty breakfast. Enjoy Country Fried Steak and Gravy, Scrambled Eggs, Fried Potatoes, Fresh Fruit, Juice and Coffee. All of this for only $8.00.
