5:00 pm – Social Hour & Trivia – Fillmore Pizza Parlor

Get your weekend started right with a fun and friendly evening! We’re hosting a casual get-together featuring good food, great company, and a bit of friendly competition. Unwind and enjoy the start of your weekend with friends and fellow guests. Savor a classic Philly Cheese Steak, oozing with cheese and packed with flavor, or try one of our other specialty sandwiches paired with a delicious side. The meal costs only $8.00.

At 6:00 PM, get ready for some brain-teasing fun with our trivia event! Teams of two can compete to answer a variety of questions. The team with the most correct answers will win a prize! Get your thinking caps on and prepare for a night of laughter and friendly competition. Don’t worry if you’re not a trivia expert – it’s all about having a good time! We can’t wait to see you there for an evening of relaxation, great food, and friendly competition. It’s the perfect way to kick off your weekend!

Friday, April 24th

5:30 pm – Social Hour & Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for a fun evening of bingo! On tonight’s menu: Beef and Noodles, rolls, beer, wine, and kid-friendly drinks. The meal costs only $5.00. Around 6:00 pm, we will transition into three or four fast-paced games of Bingo. Bingo cards are available at the door for $5.00 and are good for all games.

Saturday, April 25th

10:00 am – Family Craft – Polk Room

A fun, fluffy, and colorful art activity that combines texture and creativity! The Shaving Cream and Glue Painting Craft is perfect for kids and adults who love hands-on projects with a unique, puffy finish. The cost of this craft is $8.00 and please sign up at the office.

11:00 am – TP and Water – Polk Room

Join us for a fun and exciting game! The toilet paper and cup of water game is a race in which players pull a roll of toilet paper to move a cup of water across a table or to a finish line without spilling the water or tearing the paper. The first person to get their cup to the end wins. The challenge is to pull the toilet paper carefully and steadily to avoid any spills or rips.

12:00 pm – Ping Pong Challenge – Polk Room

Gather everyone for this exciting challenge! You’ll have 10 wine glasses—5 on one side and 5 on the other. Five of the glasses will each hold a ping pong ball. The goal is to swirl the ping pong ball inside the glass, flip the glass upside down, then race to the empty glasses and transfer the ball into one of them. If you drop a ping pong ball, you must start over! The fastest person to successfully move all the ping pong balls to the empty glasses wins!

An empty bowl next to it. Blindfold the player and hand them a spatula. The goal is to transfer as many cotton balls as possible from the full bowl to the empty one using only the spatula. Count how many cotton balls made it into the empty bowl—whoever transfers the most wins!

1:00 pm – Musical Cups – Polk Room

Get ready for rhythm, laughter, and a dash of chaos with the high-energy game of Musical Cups! The music is pumping, the cups are lined up, and everyone’s on edge waiting for the beat to stop. Just like musical chairs—but with cups—players circle the table, moving in time with the music, hearts racing as the tension builds. When the music cuts off, it’s a mad dash to grab a cup before they’re all gone! One player is left out each round, and the competition gets fiercer as the cups disappear one by one. 

2:00 pm –Gaga Ball – Quad

Join us for Gaga Ball! Gaga Ball is a fast-paced, high-energy game that combines dodging, striking, running, and jumping—all inside a small, enclosed pit. All players start inside the pit, touching one of the walls. Someone throws the ball into the center, and everyone chants “Ga! Ga! Ball!” before the game begins. Players hit the ball with an open hand (no throwing or kicking).

The goal is to hit other players below the knees with the ball. If the ball touches you below the knees, you’re out and must leave the pit. If a player hits the ball out of the pit, they’re out. The last player remaining in the pit wins!

3:00 pm – Adult Craft – Fillmore Pizza Parlor

Lets decorate some cakes! Cake decorating is a creative and enjoyable way to turn a simple dessert into a stunning centerpiece. Whether for birthdays, holidays, or special occasions, decorating a cake allows endless possibilities for color, texture, and design. The cost of this craft is $10.00 and please sign up at the office.

6:00 pm – Saturday Dinner – Jefferson Event Center

Join Us for a Delicious Dinner!
Head to the Event Center and enjoy a hearty meal featuring Open Faced Smoked Turkey with Gravy, Mashed Potatoes, Peas, and a tasty dessert.

7:00 pm – Live Music – Fillmore Pizza Parlor

Join us at the Madison Vines Pizza Parlor for an evening of fellowship with friends and live entertainment featuring Big Gavel Country!

Sunday, April 26th

9:00 am – Sunday Breakfast – Jefferson Event Center

Before you head home today, come on down to the Jefferson Event Center for a hearty breakfast. Enjoy Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Funnel Cakes, Fresh Fruit, Juice and Coffee. All of this for only $8.00.
