Get your weekend started right with a fun and friendly evening! We’re hosting a casual get-together featuring good food, great company, and a bit of friendly competition. Unwind and enjoy the start of your weekend with friends and fellow guests. Savor a classic Philly Cheese Steak, oozing with cheese and packed with flavor, or try one of our other specialty sandwiches paired with a delicious side. The meal costs only $8.00.

At 6:00 PM, get ready for some brain-teasing fun with our trivia event! Teams of two can compete to answer a variety of questions. The team with the most correct answers will win a prize! Get your thinking caps on and prepare for a night of laughter and friendly competition. Don’t worry if you’re not a trivia expert – it’s all about having a good time! We can’t wait to see you there for an evening of relaxation, great food, and friendly competition. It’s the perfect way to kick off your weekend!

Friday, April 24th

5:30 pm – Social Hour & Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for a fun evening of bingo! On tonight’s menu: Beef and Noodles, rolls, beer, wine, and kid-friendly drinks. The meal costs only $5.00. Around 6:00 pm, we will transition into three or four fast-paced games of Bingo. Bingo cards are available at the door for $5.00 and are good for all games.

Saturday, April 25th

10:00 am – Family Craft – Polk Room

A fun, fluffy, and colorful art activity that combines texture and creativity! The Shaving Cream and Glue Painting Craft is perfect for kids and adults who love hands-on projects with a unique, puffy finish. The cost of this craft is $8.00 and please sign up at the office.

11:00 am – Water Balloon Challenge– Polk Room

Nothing beats a good old-fashioned water balloon fight on a warm day! Laughter fills the air as everyone dodges, throws, and gets soaked. It’s the perfect way to cool off, have fun, and make a few unforgettable memories—just be ready for a surprise splash at any moment! 💦

12:00 pm – Saran Wrap Game – Polk Room

Get ready for laughter, chaos, and a race against time with the ultimate party challenge—the Plastic Wrap Game! Picture this: a giant ball of tightly wrapped plastic filled with hidden treasures, from candy to gift cards, waiting to be uncovered. The twist? The player unwrapping the ball must wear bulky oven mitts, making every tug and tear a hilarious struggle. Meanwhile, the person next to them frantically rolls the dice, hoping to land doubles and steal the turn. The faster the doubles, the quicker the switch—and the louder the laughter. It’s a whirlwind of excitement, competition, and surprise that keeps everyone on the edge of their seat until the very last prize is revealed.

1:00 pm –Free Throw Challenge  – Basketball Court

Get ready to test your skills and show off your shot! 

Join us for our Free Throw Challenge, where guests of all ages can step up to the line and see how many baskets they can make. Each participant will get a set number of shots, and the goal is simple—make as many free throws as you can! There will be 3 age groups, 5 & Under, 6 to 12 and 12 and over.

We’ll keep track of the top scores, and the player in each age group with the most made shots will be crowned our Free Throw Champion! Whether you’re a seasoned player or just shooting for fun, this is a great way to get active, enjoy some friendly competition, and cheer each other on.

Bring your game face and your best shot—we’ll see you on the court!

2:00 pm –Gaga Ball – Quad

Join us for Gaga Ball! Gaga Ball is a fast-paced, high-energy game that combines dodging, striking, running, and jumping—all inside a small, enclosed pit. All players start inside the pit, touching one of the walls. Someone throws the ball into the center, and everyone chants “Ga! Ga! Ball!” before the game begins. Players hit the ball with an open hand (no throwing or kicking).

The goal is to hit other players below the knees with the ball. If the ball touches you below the knees, you’re out and must leave the pit. If a player hits the ball out of the pit, they’re out. The last player remaining in the pit wins!

3:00 pm – Adult Craft – Fillmore Pizza Parlor

 Welcome to our pottery painting adventure! Choose your piece, pick your colors, and let your imagination run wild as you turn simple pottery into a masterpiece that’s uniquely yours. Whether you’re bold, crafty, or totally new to this, it’s all about having fun and making something beautiful. Let’s get painting!  The cost of this craft is $8.00 and please sign up in the office.

6:00 pm – Saturday Dinner – Jefferson Event Center

Join Us for a Delicious Dinner!
Head to the Event Center and enjoy a hearty meal featuring Open Faced Smoked Turkey with Gravy, Mashed Potatoes, Peas, and a tasty dessert.

Please purchase your meal tickets by 2:00 pm Friday at the office.

Join us at the Madison Vines Pizza Parlor for an evening of fellowship with friends and live entertainment featuring Big Gavel Country!

Sunday, April 26th

9:00 am – Sunday Breakfast – Jefferson Event Center

Before you head home today, come on down to the Jefferson Event Center for a hearty breakfast. Enjoy Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Funnel Cakes, Fresh Fruit, Juice and Coffee. All of this for only $8.00.
