5:00 pm – Social Hour & Trivia – Fillmore Pizza Parlor

Get your weekend started right with a fun and friendly evening! We’re hosting a casual get-together featuring good food, great company, and a bit of friendly competition. Unwind and enjoy the start of your weekend with friends and fellow guests. Savor a classic Philly Cheese Steak, oozing with cheese and packed with flavor, or try one of our other specialty sandwiches paired with a delicious side. The meal costs only $8.00.

At 6:00 PM, get ready for some brain-teasing fun with our trivia event! Teams of two can compete to answer a variety of questions. The team with the most correct answers will win a prize! Get your thinking caps on and prepare for a night of laughter and friendly competition. Don’t worry if you’re not a trivia expert – it’s all about having a good time! We can’t wait to see you there for an evening of relaxation, great food, and friendly competition. It’s the perfect way to kick off your weekend!

Friday, April 17th

5:30 pm – Social Hour & Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for a fun evening of bingo! On tonight’s menu: Chicken Sliders, Potato Salad, beer, wine, and kid-friendly drinks. The meal costs only $5.00. Around 6:00 pm, we will transition into three or four fast-paced games of Bingo. Bingo cards are available at the door for $5.00 and are good for all games.

Saturday, April 18th

10:00 am – Family Craft – Polk Room

Get ready for a fun and colorful crafting session! This week’s project is making your own bouncy ball—a simple, hands-on activity that’s perfect for all ages. Using just a few ingredients, transform simple materials into bright, bouncy creations that are as entertaining to make as they are to play with. Gather supplies, mix up some magic, and watch these homemade wonders come to life.  The cost of this craft is $5.00 and please sign up at the office.

11:00 am – Lips and Straws – Polk Room

Come play this unique relay race called Lips and Straws! There will be two teams and each player will have a straw. The teams will each get into a line and have a straw in between their nose and lips. Each player will go one by one to a bottle that is across the room and have to carefully place the straw into the bottle. If you drop it you must restart! The team that gets all the straws into the bottle that fastest wins!

12:00 pm – Cotton Ball Challenge – Polk Room

A hilarious and lighthearted game that’s perfect for parties or group gatherings! The Blindfold and Spatula Cotton Ball Game tests coordination, balance, and a good sense of humor as players try to scoop up cotton balls without being able to see. There will be cotton balls placed on a table.

An empty bowl next to it. Blindfold the player and hand them a spatula. The goal is to transfer as many cotton balls as possible from the full bowl to the empty one using only the spatula. Count how many cotton balls made it into the empty bowl—whoever transfers the most wins!

1:00 pm – Saran Wrap Game – Polk Room

Get ready for laughter, chaos, and a race against time with the ultimate party challenge—the Plastic Wrap Game! Picture this: a giant ball of tightly wrapped plastic filled with hidden treasures, from candy to gift cards, waiting to be uncovered. The twist? The player unwrapping the ball must wear bulky oven mitts, making every tug and tear a hilarious struggle. Meanwhile, the person next to them frantically rolls the dice, hoping to land doubles and steal the turn. The faster the doubles, the quicker the switch—and the louder the laughter. It’s a whirlwind of excitement, competition, and surprise that keeps everyone on the edge of their seat until the very last prize is revealed.

2:00 pm –Spoons – Polk Room

Come play spoons! Players take turns trying to collect a four-of-a-kind. Once someone does, everyone tries to grab a spoon. Without a spoon, you get a letter. If a player spells “S-P-O-O-N”, they’re out! The last player standing wins!

3:00 pm – Adult Craft – Fillmore Pizza Parlor

Add a personal touch to any entryway with a custom-painted doormat. This simple and creative project is perfect for expressing style, adding a warm welcome, or creating a fun seasonal design.  The cost of this craft is $10.00 and please be sure to sign up at the office.

6:00 pm – Saturday Dinner – Jefferson Event Center

Join Us for a Delicious Dinner!
Head to the Event Center and enjoy a hearty meal featuring Stuffed Shells with Marina or Alfredo Sauce, Caesar Salad, Garlic Bread, and a tasty dessert.

7:00 pm – Live Music – Fillmore Pizza Parlor

Join us at the Madison Vines Pizza Parlor for an evening of fellowship with friends and live entertainment featuring Gary Hawthorne!

Sunday, April 19th

9:00 am – Sunday Breakfast – Jefferson Event Center

Before you head home today, come on down to the Jefferson Event Center for a hearty breakfast. Enjoy Ham and Cheese or Denver Omelets, Fried Potatoes, Fresh Fruit, Juice and Coffee. All of this for only $8.00.
