Thursday, November 27th

5:00 pm – Madison Vines Traditional Thanksgiving Dinner – Jefferson Event Center

Madison Vines invites you to join our family for a traditional Thanksgiving Day Dinner. We will provide Smoked to Perfection Turkey, Deb’s Homemade Stuffing, Gravy, Pumpkin, and Apple pies. All we ask is that you bring a side dish! So, come join in on this amazing day of Thanks.

Friday, November 28th

3:00 pm – Shuffle Board Tournament – Billiard Room

Get ready to shuffle and strategize! We’re hosting a shuffleboard tournament, and you’re invited to join the fun. We will take the first 10 teams of 2. Don’t miss out on the chance to show off your shuffleboard skills and win a tasty reward! All skill levels are welcome, from seasoned pros to first-time shufflers. It’s all about having a good time. The winning team will receive a pizza from the pizza parlor.

5:30 pm – Social Hour & Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for a fun evening of bingo! Before bingo, enjoy Tomato or Chicken Noodle Soup with a Hearty Gilled Cheese Sandwich, beer, wine, and kid-friendly drinks. The meal costs only $5.00. Around 6:00 pm, we will transition into three or four fast-paced games of Bingo. Bingo cards are available at the door for $5.00 and are good for all games.

Saturday, November 29th

10:00 am – Kids Craft – Polk Room

Join us in the Polk for a fun kids craft and hot chocolate. Today we will be creating Pine Cone Turkeys. Cost of this craft is $8.00 and please sign up in the office.

11:00 am – Gaga Ball – Quad

 Come join us on the Quad for a high energy game of Gaga ball!  Similar to dodge ball but played in an octagonal pit with players hitting each other with a rubber ball, trying to eliminate their opponents, Gaga Ball is the new craze.  The last one standing wins a free ice cream from the Fillmore Ice Cream Parlor.

12:00 pm – Whipped Cream Faces – Quad

This game is definitely a messy one! Each person will have a plate with 10 M&M’s covered in whipped cream. You will put your hands behind your back and when given the signal to start, you will hunt for the M&M’s and eat them. The first person to all the M&M’s is the winner of a jar of M&M’s.

1:00 pm – Cornhole Tournament

The first ten two-person teams who sign up will enjoy a single-elimination format of tournament cornhole. The winning team receives a $25.00 Amazon gift card. Please sign your team up at the office.

2:30 pm –Elephant March – Quad

In Elephant March, players have 60 seconds to knock over a row of bottles by swinging a ‘trunk’—made from pantyhose with a ball in the end—worn on their head. It’s a fun and ridiculous race against the clock. The winner of this game wins a free pizza from the pizza parlor.

3:00 pm – Adult Crafts – Polk Room

Embrace the warmth and beauty of autumn with us! We invite you to a special gathering filled with friendship, laughter, and delightful fall inspiration. This weekend we’re featuring Frosted Mason Jar Luminaries with Faux “Snow” that capture the essence of the season. It’s the perfect inspiration for your own winter decor projects!

6:00 pm – Saturday Dinner – Jefferson Event Center

Come and enjoy a warm, inviting atmosphere and a delicious menu that’s sure to satisfy. What’s on the menu: Smoked Baby Back Ribs, Pit Beans, Macaroni and Cheese, Pineapple Slaw and dessert. We’ve made this event incredibly affordable so everyone can join in the fun. For just $15.00, you’ll enjoy a complete and satisfying meal in a welcoming environment.

Sunday, November 30th

9:00 am – Sunday Breakfast – Jefferson Event Center

Before you leave, stop by the Jefferson Event Center and have breakfast with us. On the menu: Pancakes, Eggs, Sausage, Potatoes, Fresh Fruit, Juice and Coffee. All for only $8.00!

Please purchase your $8.00 meal tickets by noon on Saturday in the office.
