Around 6:00pm, we will transition into three to four fast-paced games of bingo. Cards are $5.00 cash at the door and are good for all games.
Please purchase your $5.00 meal tickets by 2:00 pm Friday afternoon in the office.
Saturday, June 21st
10:00am – Rock Painting – Polk Room
Join us in the Polk Room for a Rock Painting Craft. Once you have completed your rock, share it with a family member, friend, or leave it somewhere around the resort for other guests to see. The cost of this craft is $5.00. Please sign up in the office so we can plan supplies.
11:00am – Three-Legged Race – Quad
A three-legged race is a team race where two participants tie their legs together and race as one unit, often using a fabric strap to connect their legs. The goal is for the team to be the first to cross the finish line, requiring coordination and teamwork. The team that crosses the finish line first wins a scoop of ice cream from the Fillmore Pizza Parlor.
11:00am – DJ at the Pool – Pool
Join us at the pool and enjoy a relaxing afternoon listening to DJ Chip Harvey. He always brings the best music and the guests love him.
12:00pm – Gaga Ball Competition – Basketball Court
Gaga ball is a fast-paced, high-energy sport played in a designated pit. The goal is to eliminate opponents by hitting them below the knee with a ball while avoiding being hit yourself. The last player remaining in the pit wins a $25.00 gift card.
2:00pm – Duck, Duck, Dunk – Quad
This game is played just like Duck, Duck, Goose but the goose is a dunker (someone who dumps a small bucket of water on you) instead of saying goose. In this game, players sit down or stand in a circle facing each other. One person is “it” and walks around the outside of the circle. As they walk around, they tap the player’s heads and say whether they are a “duck” or a “dunk”. Once they find who they want as it, they will dump the water on you and yell dunk instead of saying Goose. Once someone is “dunked” they get up and try to chase “it” around the circle. The goal is for the “dunk” to catch “it” before they are able sit/stand in the “dunk’s” spot. If the dunk is not able to do this, they become “it” for the next round and play continues. If they do catch “it”, “it” will be eliminated from the game and the last one standing wins a scoop of ice cream from the Fillmore Ice Cream Parlor.
3:00pm – Super Soaker Hayride – Quad
Kids will board the hay wagon, carrying their mega water squirter. Bins of water on the wagon will keep the kids squirting at the RVers, who have hoses aimed at the wagon to squirt back! This is a kids vs adults’ competition to see who gets totally drenched!
