Friday, June 27th

5:30pm – Social Hour & Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

Start the weekend with a delicious Homemade Cheese Ravioli in Marinara Sauce, Garlic Breadsticks, beer, wine and kid friendly drinks for just $5.00.

Around 6:00pm, we will transition into three to four fast-paced games of bingo. Cards are $5.00 cash at the door and are good for all games.

Please purchase your $5.00 meal tickets by 2:00 pm Friday afternoon in the office.

Saturday, June 28th

10:00am – Western Craft – Polk Room

Come on down to the Polk Room and create your very own Western Utensil or Pin holder.  You can be as creative as you want or just keep the decorating simple and make this a great piece to add to your kitchen or desk. Cost of this craft is $5.00 and please sign up in the office.

11:00am – Horseshoe Tournament – Horseshoe Pits

Kids and adults are sure to have a good time throwing around horseshoes for prizes. In this event we will have teams of three in age groups of 8 & under, 9-16 years & 17 & over. Each team will play to 10 points and the team in each age group left standing will win a scoop of ice cream from the Fillmore Pizza Parlor.

12:00pm – Panning For Gold – Quad

Come on down to the Quad to try your luck at panning for Gold just like the cowboys did back in the day. For each person that turns in their gold, they will receive a bag of their very own gold. (Candy that is!)

1:00pm – Cow Roping – Quad

The cows are running a muck and we need to catch them. Take your lasso and try your luck catching these cows before they run away. The person who catches the most cows in 8 throw attempts will win a scoop of ice cream from the Fillmore Ice Cream Parlor.

2:00pm – Stick Horse Barrel Racing – Quad

In this event you and your stick horse will run a course of 3 barrels in a pattern. There will be 3 different age groups, 8 & under, 9-16 and 17 & over. The horse and rider team that has the fastest time in each age group will win a special prize.

3:00pm – Super Soaker Hay Ride – Quad

Kids will board the hay wagon, carrying their mega water squirter. Bins of water on the wagon will keep the kids squirting at the RVers, who have hoses aimed at the wagon to squirt back! This is a kids versus adults competition to see who gets totally drenched!

6:00pm – Steak Dinner – Jefferson Event Center

After a day on the ranch it’s time to head to the Chuck Wagon for a mouthwatering steak dinner. Our Chuck Wagon cooks are grilling up the perfect New York Strip Steak, Crisp Garden Salad, Sautéed Broccoli, Baked Potato with Toppings, Warm Rolls, Apple Pie A La Mode, beer, wine and kid friendly drinks. All of this for only $20.00.

7:00pm – Live Music – Quad

Grab a lawn chair, blanket, favorite drink and join us at the quad for live music by Gary Hawthorne.

9:00am – Sunday Breakfast – Jefferson Event Center

Before you Giddy on Up out of here, join us in the Jefferson Event Center for a hot and filling breakfast. We will be serving Waffles with Real Maple Syrup, Biscuits and Gravy, Breakfast Pizza, Fresh Fruit, Coffee and Juice. All for only $8.00.

Please purchase your $8 breakfast tickets by noon on Saturday in the office.
