Come meet your friends and neighbors while enjoying stacked pulled pork sliders and chicken sliders, tomato wedges and potato salad. Around 6:15 we will transition to a fast-paced Bingo that has a 100% payout with a jackpot of about $200 from the purchase of our five-game card pack for $5 (cash only). Doors open at 5:30.

Saturday   10 – 11:00                                Paper Chain Snake                                                                                               Polk Crafts Room

This paper chain snake craft is based on two exotic-looking species of python which live in Australia’s tropical Daintree Rainforest. The yellow patterned snake (named Pretzel by my daughter) is a Jungle Carpet python, and the green spotted snake is a beautiful Green Tree python. You get to decorate and make your own paper chain snake!

Children and adults are invited to create the best design for your tie dye T-shirt.  Make it colorful and crazy.  The fun will go on rain or shine.  Our staff will offer helpful hints to make your Tie Dye event memorable.  Please buy a $5 T-shirt in advance at the Madison Reception Center or BYO T-shirt.

12:30 – 1:30                                                Cornhole Tournament                                                                                                            Quad

The first eight, two person teams who sign up will enjoy a single elimination format of tournament corn hole.  Each team will compete in their bracket where you play to 21 points to advance to the next round.  The winning team receives two Amazon Gift Cards ($25 each).  Sign up to play at Office.

2:00 – 2:30                                                  Water Balloon Toss                                                                                                                Quad

This game requires teams of two to catch a fragile water balloon that is thrown over a long distance by a teammate.  After all teams have thrown their water balloon, the teams will take a step backwards from their partner.  Play continues with teams tossing the water balloon to one another until there is only one team left.  The winning team gets a free 1 scoop ice cream from Fillmore Ice Cream Parlor.

3 – 4                                                      Super  Soaker  Wagon  Ride                                                                                       Jefferson Center

Kids will board the hay wagon, carrying their mega water squirters.  Bins of water on the wagon will keep the kids squirting at the RVers, who have hoses aimed at the wagon to squirt back!  This is a kids vs adults competition to see who gets totally drenched!  Of course, our staff will be monitoring this big time, super soaking, fun activity on a hot summer day.

4 – 5:30                                                      Billiard Tournament                                                                                          Taylor Billiard Room

We are offering a $10 buy-in 8-ball tournament for the first 12 people who sign up. Legally pocket the 8-ball to win your match on our tournament quality, Olhausen tables.  The final two people competing in a 8-ball tournament for the $120 pot.  Sign up to play at Office.

We will be serving Ribeye Steaks grilled too perfection. Steaks will be served with baked potatoes, corn on the cobb, fresh buttered rolls and garden salad. Cheesecake with strawberry or chocolate sauces will be our dessert. There is limited seating.  Please reserve your seats at the office or call 540 – 948 – 4186.  Only $9 per person.

Start your day with a hot breakfast featuring homemade pancakes with hashbrown casserole, breakfast pizza & complemented with juice, fresh fruit, muffins and fine coffee.  $5 per person (age 3 & up) at the door or sign up at office.
