Thursday, September 25th

5:00 pm – Social Hour & Trivia – Fillmore Pizza Parlor

Get your weekend started right with a fun and friendly evening! We’re hosting a casual get-together with good food, good company, and a little friendly competition. Unwind and enjoy the start of your weekend with friends and fellow guests.

Savor a classic Philly Cheese Steak, oozing with cheese and packed with flavor. Paired with your choice of delicious side, or try the famous Hoosier Pork Tenderloin, a breaded and fried delight! Served with your choice of side to complete the meal. Cost for the meal is $8.00.

At 6:30 PM, get ready for some brain-teasing fun with our trivia event! Teams of two can compete to answer a variety of questions. The team with the most correct answers will win a prize!  Get your thinking caps on and prepare for a night of laughter and friendly competition. Don’t worry if you’re not a trivia expert – it’s all about having a good time! We can’t wait to see you there for an evening of relaxation, great food, and friendly competition. It’s the perfect way to kick off your weekend!

Friday, September 26th

5:30 pm – Social Hour & Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

We will start the evening off with a delicious Hearty Vegetable Beef or  Chicken Noodle Soup, along with corn bread, beer, wine, and drinks for the kids. The cost of the meal is only $5.00. Around 6:00 pm, we will transition into three or four fast-paced games of Bingo. Bingo cards are available at the door for $5.00 and are good for all games.

Please purchase your $5.00 meal tickets by 2:00 pm Friday in the office.

Saturday, September 27th

10:00 am – Crafts – Polk Room

Come on down to the Polk room and join us in making a beautiful wreath for your door. The cost of this craft is $10.00, and you must sign up at the office.

11:30 am – Free Throw Contest – Basketball Court

After crafts and lunch, join us on the basketball courts for a Free Throw Contest. We will have 3 different age groups, 8 and under, 9-16 years and 17 and over. How many free throws can you make? The guest who makes the most free throws in each age group out of 15 throws will win ice cream from the Fillmore Pizza Parlor.

12:30 pm – Kick Ball Darts – Quad

 Test your skills at Kick Ball Darts. In this game you’ll get 3 chances to hit the bullseye. We’ll break this into the 2 different age groups and the winner in each age group that is closest to the bullseye will win a free pizza from the Fillmore Pizza Parlor.

1:30 pm – Gaga Ball – Quad

 Come join us on the Quad for a high energy game of Gaga ball!  Similar to dodge ball but played in an octagonal pit with players hitting each other with a rubber ball under the knees, trying to eliminate their opponents, Gaga Ball is the new craze.  The last one standing wins a free ice cream from the Fillmore Ice Cream Parlor.

2:30 pm – Candy Bingo – Fillmore Pizza Parlor

 Stop by our store and purchase a candy bar and join us for a sweet game of Candy Bar Bingo. It’s like regular bingo, only you are playing for sweet treats. If you have a sweet tooth, this game is definitely for you.

6:00 pm – Saturday Dinner – Jefferson Event Center

After all the fun and games are over, skip on over to the Jefferson Event Center for an out of this world dinner to include, Shrimp Scampi on a bed of noodles, mixed vegetables, garlic bread, apple pie alamode, Beer, Wine, and drinks for the kids. All of this for only $12.00.

7:00 pm – Live Music – Fillmore Pizza Parlor

Grab your chairs, blankets, favorite beverages, and join us on the patio of the Fillmore Pizza Parlor for live music by Mark Anderson.

Sunday, September 28th

9:00 am – Sunday Breakfast – Jefferson Event Center

To round out this weekend, stop by the Jefferson Event Center for a delicious hot breakfast. Enjoy Hot off the Griddle Pancakes, Scrambled Eggs, Sausage, Fresh Fruit, Coffee and Juice. All of this for only $8.00.

Please purchase your $8.00 meal tickets by noon on Saturday.
