Friday, September 19th

5:30 pm – Social Hour & Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

  Join us for authentic beef or chicken “street tacos” topped with lettuce, cabbage, onions, fresh salsa, beer, wine, and kid-friendly beverages. The cost for this meal is only $5.00. Around 6:00 pm, we will transition into three to four fast-paced games of bingo. Bingo cards are $5.00 cash at the door and are good for all games.

Please purchase your $5.00 meal tickets by 2:00 pm Friday in the office.

7:00 – 8:00 pm – S’mores and Games – Fillmore Pizza Parlor

Join us at the Fillmore Pizza Parlor to enjoy S’mores by the campfire. There will be games like Uno, Scrabble, and Jenga available!   

 S’mores packs will be available to purchase.

Saturday, September 20th

10:00 am – Family Craft – Polk Room

 Come join us in the Polk and create your very own set of Maracas. Choose from many different paint and marker colors to create your own unique wooden instrument. Please sign up at the office, and the cost is only $5.00.

11:00 am – Jenga Tournament – Quad

In this tournament players will take turns removing and placing blocks from a Jenga Tower until it collapses. The goal is to be the last player to successfully remove and place a block without causing the tower to fall. The winner of this tournament will win $25.00 in store credit.

12:00 pm – Bouncy Ball Races – Quad

Come one come all for our large bouncy ball races. Six people in each race will bounce their way down the racing lane to the finishing line.  The number of races will depend on the number of participants.  Everyone will get a chance to race.  If you don’t want to race, please “come on down” to cheer the racers and enjoy a good laugh!

1:00 pm – Gaga Ball – Quad

 Come join us on the Quad for a high energy game of Gaga ball!  Similar to dodge ball but played in an octagonal pit with players hitting each other with a rubber ball, trying to eliminate their opponents, Gaga Ball is the new craze.  The last one standing wins a free ice cream from the Fillmore Ice Cream Parlor.

2:00 pm – Sugar Skull Flower Pot Painting – Polk Room

Come join us at the Polk room and learn to paint sugar skulls on flowerpots.  When finished fill your flower pots with beautiful fall flowers and display them for all your friends to see.

4:00 pm – Hit the Piñata – Quad

All kids under 12 are welcome to take a hit at the Piñata and unleash a bounty of candy for everyone!  Each blindfolded kid will take turns swinging the the bat at the Pinata until it is broken open and the candy is all gone.

 6:00 pm – Saturday Dinner – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for traditional Mexican beef or chicken enchilada casserole.  This dish has layers of ground beef or chicken, tortillas and cheese all smothered in homemade enchilada sauce and baked to perfection, along with refried beans, Spanish rice, fresh salsa and sopapillas for dessert.  All for only $12.00

Sunday, September 21st

    9:00 am – Sunday Breakfast – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for mouthwatering Southwest Scrambled eggs. These eggs will have the right amount of red and green bell peppers and cheese, along with Bacon, Danishes, fresh fruit, juices and coffee. All of this for only $8.00.

          Please purchase your $8.00 meal tickets by Saturday at noon in the office.
