Thursday, December 11th

5:00 pm – Social Hour & Trivia – Fillmore Pizza Parlor

Get your weekend started right with a fun and friendly evening! We’re hosting a casual get-together featuring good food, great company, and a bit of friendly competition. Unwind and enjoy the start of your weekend with friends and fellow guests. Savor a classic Philly Cheese Steak, oozing with cheese and packed with flavor, or try another one of our specialty sandwiches, paired with a delicious side. The meal costs only $8.00.

At 6:00 PM, get ready for some brain-teasing fun with our trivia event! Teams of two can compete to answer a variety of questions. The team with the most correct answers will win a prize! Get your thinking caps on and prepare for a night of laughter and friendly competition. Don’t worry if you’re not a trivia expert – it’s all about having a good time! We can’t wait to see you there for an evening of relaxation, great food, and friendly competition. It’s the perfect way to kick off your weekend!

Friday, December 12th 

5:30 pm – Social Hour & Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for a fun evening of bingo! Before bingo, enjoy Spaghetti and Meatballs with Garlic Bread Sticks,  beer, wine, and kid-friendly drinks. The meal costs only $5.00. Around 6:00 pm, we will transition into three or four fast-paced games of Bingo. Bingo cards are available at the door for $5.00 and are good for all games.

Saturday, December 13th

10:00 am – Kids Craft – Polk Room

Join us in the Polk for a fun kids craft and hot chocolate. Today we will be creating a Snowman. Cost of this craft is $8.00 and please sign up in the office.

11:00 am – Candy Cane Pick Up – Quad

 In this challenge, each player will be given two candy canes to use as chop sticks. Each player will then pick up and put as many marshmallow’s in a cup within 1 minute. The person with the most marshmallows wins Ice Cream from the Ice Cream Parlor.

12:00 pm – Snowball drop – Quad

In this challenge you will have 3 plastic cups taped to the side of the table. You will be given 8-10 ping pong balls to roll across the table and into your cups. The person who has the most snowballs in the cups after 60 seconds will win a free pizza from the Fillmore Pizza Parlor.

1:00 pm – Red and Green Suck It Up – Quad

In this challenge, each player will be given 2 plates, M&Ms and a straw. The M&Ms will be placed on one plate. With one hand behind your back, you will use the straw to transfer the M&Ms to the empty plate. The player with the most moves in 60 seconds will win a free ice cream from the Fillmore Ice Cream Parlor.

2:30 pm – Gift Wrap Challenge – Quad

In this challenge, each person will be given a stack of gift boxes, wrapping paper, tape and scissors. The person to wrap the most boxes in 60 seconds wins a Christmas goody bag.

3:00 pm – Adult Crafts – Polk Room

Embrace the warmth and beauty of autumn with us! We invite you to a special gathering filled with friendship, laughter, and delightful fall inspiration. This weekend we’re featuring a Christmas Center Piece that captures the essence of the season. Cost of this craft is $10.00.

5:00 pm – The Polar Express Experience – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for an unforgettable journey on the Polar Express! Experience the magic of the holiday season with a special train ride to meet Santa himself. Our Polar Express adventure starts with a festive train ride through the park. Let’s dress in our best Pajamas, grab a pillow, blanket and head on down to your closet train stop. Before boarding, each child will receive a golden ticket, their passport to this enchanting evening.  The Polar Express will make several stops within the park to pick up families. Relax and enjoy the ride as we journey to a magical destination. 

Our train will deliver you to a magical event center, where Santa Claus awaits! Each child will have the opportunity to meet Santa, share their wishes, and create a lasting memory.

After meeting Santa, it’s time for a delicious holiday dinner! Our menu includes: Smoked Chicken, Wild Rice, Green Beans, a Roll, Reindeer Cookies, Hot Chocolate, beer, wine and other kid friendly beverages. All of this for only $12.00.

As the evening winds down, the lights will dim, and we’ll gather to watch the beloved classic, The Polar Express. Snuggle up with your family and enjoy this heartwarming tale of holiday magic.

After the movie, the Polar Express will return families to their original train stops. We hope you’ll cherish the memories of this magical evening for years to come.

Sunday, December 14th

9:00 am – Sunday Breakfast – Jefferson Event Center

To round out the perfect weekend, stop by the Jefferson Event Center and enjoy breakfast with us. On the menu: Pancakes, Biscuits & Gravy, Breakfast Pizza,  Fresh Fruit, Juice and Coffee. All for only $8.00!

Please purchase your $8.00 meal tickets by noon on Saturday in the office.
