Due to possible snow and guest cancellations, the Polar Express Experience will not take place this weekend.

Thursday, December 4th

5:00 pm – Social Hour & Trivia – Fillmore Pizza Parlor

Get your weekend started right with a fun and friendly evening! We’re hosting a casual get-together featuring good food, great company, and a bit of friendly competition. Unwind and enjoy the start of your weekend with friends and fellow guests. Savor a classic Philly Cheese Steak, oozing with cheese and packed with flavor, or try another one of our specialty sandwiches, paired with a delicious side. The meal costs only $8.00.

At 6:00 PM, get ready for some brain-teasing fun with our trivia event! Teams of two can compete to answer a variety of questions. The team with the most correct answers will win a prize! Get your thinking caps on and prepare for a night of laughter and friendly competition. Don’t worry if you’re not a trivia expert – it’s all about having a good time! We can’t wait to see you there for an evening of relaxation, great food, and friendly competition. It’s the perfect way to kick off your weekend!

Friday, December 5th 

5:30 pm – Social Hour & Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for a fun evening of bingo! Before bingo, enjoy Jumbo Cheese Ravioli in Marinara Sauce, Garlic Bread Sticks,  beer, wine, and kid-friendly drinks. The meal costs only $5.00. Around 6:00 pm, we will transition into three or four fast-paced games of Bingo. Bingo cards are available at the door for $5.00 and are good for all games.

Saturday, December 6th

10:00 am – Kids Craft – Polk Room

Join us in the Polk for a fun kids craft and hot chocolate. Today we will be creating Snow Globes. Cost of this craft is $8.00 and please sign up in the office.

11:00 am – Trim the Tree – Quad

 Come join us on the Quad for a high energy competition!  In this game there will be teams of three. One team member will wrap the other team member in green streamers to create the tree, while the 3rd team member creates the star for the top of the tree.   The team who completes this task the quickest wins a free ice cream from the Fillmore Ice Cream Parlor.

12:00 pm – Jingle in the Trunk – Quad

In this challenge you will be given a Kleenex box filled with bells that you will tie to your backside. We the buzzer rings you will shake, wiggle, jump, whatever it takes to empty all of the bells out of your box. The first person to do this will win a free pizza from the Fillmore Pizza Parlor.

1:00 pm – Santa’s Sleigh – Quad

In this challenge, each player will be given a bowl, 10 Q-tips (Santa’s Sleigh) and a Straw. The players will put the Q-tips in the straw one at a time and using their mouths, they will shoot Santa’s Sleigh into the bowl. The player with the most Sleighs (Q-tips) in the bowl will win a free ice cream from the Fillmore Ice Cream Parlor.

2:30 pm – North Pole Pop – Quad

In this challenge, each person will be given 8 blown up balloons and a pair of winter gloves. The first person to pop all 8 balloons with their hands wins a Christmas goody bag.

3:00 pm – Adult Crafts – Polk Room

Embrace the warmth and beauty of autumn with us! We invite you to a special gathering filled with friendship, laughter, and delightful fall inspiration. This weekend we’re featuring a Sip N’ Paint where we will paint a Christmas scene that captures the essence of the season. Cost of this craft is $10.00.

6:00 pm – Saturday Dinner – Jefferson Event Center

Join us in the event center for everyone’s favorite meal. On the menu: Smash Burgers with all the fixings, Potato Wedges, Corn, Reindeer Cookies, beer, wine and other kid friendly beverages. All of this for only $12.00.

Sunday, December 7th

9:00 am – Sunday Breakfast – Jefferson Event Center

To round out the perfect weekend, stop by the Jefferson Event Center and enjoy breakfast with us. On the menu: Ham and Eggs, Funnel Cakes with Powder Sugar, Fresh Fruit, Juice and Coffee. All for only $8.00!

Please purchase your $8.00 meal tickets by noon on Saturday in the office.
