October 3rd-5th Weekend

Friday, October 3rd

5:30 pm – Social Hour & Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

After you arrive and get settled in, join us at the Jefferson Event Center for Grilled Cheeseburger Sliders, Potato Wedges, Beer & Wine, for only $5.00. Around 6 pm, we will transition into 3 to 4 fast-paced games of bingo with full payouts. Bingo cards will be available at the door for $5.00 and are good for all games.

Please purchase your $5.00 meal tickets by 2:00 pm Friday at the office.

Saturday, October 4th

10:00 am – Kids Craft – Polk Room

Kids, get your creative thinking caps on and come build a Popsicle Stick Bird Feeder with us! This feeder will be made out of popsicle sticks you color and design. Once you have finished with your designs, we will build the feeder, fill it full of bird food and let you decide where to hang it at your site for all the birds to enjoy. Cost for this craft is just $5.00 and please sign-up in the office.

11:30 am – Cornhole Tournament – Quad

Ready for some friendly competition? Join us on the quad for friendly game of Cornhole. We will be taking the first ten, two-person teams who sign up for a single elimination format of tournament cornhole. The winning team will each receive a Madison Vines Sweat Shirt. Please be sure to sign your team up in the office.

1:00 pm – Horseshoe Tournament – Horseshoe Pits

Kids and adults are sure to have a good time throwing around horseshoes for prizes. In this event we will have  three  age groups of 8 & under, 9-16 years & 17 & over. Each person will have a total of 10 throws. The guest in each age group with the most points will win a scoop of ice cream from the Fillmore Pizza Parlor.

2:00 pm – Jenga Tournament – Quad

In this tournament players will take turns removing and placing blocks from a Jenga Tower until it collapses. The goal is to be the last player to successfully remove and place a block without causing the tower to fall. The winner of this tournament will win $25.00 in store credit.

3:00 pm – Adult Craft – Polk Room

 Join us in the Polk Room for a very unique craft, Wine Bottle Citronella Candles. These bottles will be a great addition to your patios this spring and will not only provide a nice candlelight glow, but it will help keep the bugs away as well. Cost for this craft is just $8.00 and please sign-up in the office.

6:00 pm – Saturday Dinner – Jefferson Event Center

Now that the fun and games are over, join us in the Jefferson Event Center or a delicious Roast Pork Loin with Sage Stuffing, vegetable Medley, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Cheddar Drop Biscuits, Dessert, Beer, Wine and kid friendly drinks. All for only $12.00!

Sunday, October 5th

9:00 am – Sunday Breakfast – Jefferson Event Center

To end this fun and exciting weekend, join us in the Jefferson Event Center for Hot Off the Griddle Pancakes, Biscuits and Sausage Gravy, Danishes, Fresh Fruit, Coffee and Juice. All for only $8.00.

Please purchase your $8.00 meal event tickets by noon Saturday.
