Thursday, October 2nd

5:00 pm – Social Hour & Trivia – Fillmore Pizza Parlor

Get your weekend started right with a fun and friendly evening! We’re hosting a casual get-together with good food, good company, and a little friendly competition. Unwind and enjoy the start of your weekend with friends and fellow guests. Savor a classic Philly Cheese Steak, oozing with cheese and packed with flavor. Paired with your choice of delicious side, or try a Smash Burger, a park favorite! Served with a side to complete the meal. Cost for the meal is $8.00.

At 6:30 PM, get ready for some brain-teasing fun with our trivia event! Teams of two can compete to answer a variety of questions. The team with the most correct answers will win a prize! Get your thinking caps on and prepare for a night of laughter and friendly competition. Don’t worry if you’re not a trivia expert – it’s all about having a good time! We can’t wait to see you there for an evening of relaxation, great food, and friendly competition. It’s the perfect way to kick off your weekend!

Friday, October 3rd

5:30 pm – Social Hour and Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

After you arrive and get settled in, join us at the Jefferson Event Center for Braided Pork Tenderloin Bites, Potato Chips, Beer, Wine, and kid-friendly drinks. Around 6 pm, we will transition into 3 to 4 fast-paced games of bingo with full payouts. Bingo cards will be available at the door for $5.00 and are good for all games.

Please purchase your $5.00 meal tickets by 2:00 pm Friday in the office.

Saturday, October 4th

10:00 am – Kids Craft – Polk Room

Kids, get your creative thinking caps on and come build a Popsicle Stick Bird Feeder with us! This feeder will be made out of popsicle sticks that you color and design. Once you have finished with your designs, we will build the feeder, fill it with bird food, and let you decide where to hang it at your site for all the birds to enjoy. The cost for this craft is just $5.00. Please sign up at the office.

11:30 am – Cornhole Tournament – Quad

Ready for some friendly competition? Join us on the quad for a friendly game of Cornhole. We will be taking the first ten, two-person teams who sign up for a single-elimination format of tournament cornhole. The winning team will each receive a Madison Vines Sweatshirt. Please be sure to sign your team up at the office.

1:00 pm – Horseshoe Tournament – Horseshoe Pits

Kids and adults are sure to have a good time throwing around horseshoes for prizes. In this event, we will have three age groups of 8 & under, 9-16 years & 17 & over. Each person will have a total of 10 throws. The guest in each age group with the most points will win a scoop of ice cream from the Fillmore Pizza Parlor.

2:00 pm – Jenga Tournament – Quad

In this tournament, players will take turns removing and placing blocks from a Jenga Tower until it collapses. The goal is to be the last player to successfully remove and place a block without causing the tower to fall. The winner of this tournament will win $25.00 in store credit.

3:00 pm – Adult Craft – Polk Room

Join us in the Polk Room for a very unique craft, Wine Bottle Citronella Candles. These bottles will be a great addition to your patios this spring and will not only provide a nice candlelight glow, but they will help keep the bugs away as well. Cost for this craft is just $8.00, and please sign up in the office.

6:00 pm – Saturday Dinner – Jefferson Event Center

Now that the fun and games are over, join us in the Jefferson Event Center for a delicious Fish Fry with Potato Salad, Coleslaw, Hush Puppies, a Dessert Lottery, Beer, Wine, and kid-friendly drinks. All for only $12.00!

Sunday, October 5th

9:00 am – Sunday Breakfast – Jefferson Event Center

To end this fun and exciting weekend, join us in the Jefferson Event Center for Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Biscuits and Sausage Gravy, Fresh Fruit, Coffee, and Juice. All for only $8.00.

Please purchase your $8.00 meal event tickets by noon on Saturday.
