Social Hour & Bingo

5:30pm – Jefferson Event Center

Let’s kick off Mother’s Day weekend with delicious Baked Chicken Alfredo, Garlic Bread, beer, wine & drinks for the kids. Cost of the meal is only $5.00! Around 6:30pm we will transition into 4 fast-paced Bingo games. Bingo cards can be purchased at the door for $5.00 each and are good for all 4 games.

Please purchase your $5 meal tickets by 2:00 pm Friday afternoon in the office.

Saturday, May 10th

Let’s Celebrate Mom!

10:00am – Family Craft – Polk Room

Dad’s let mom sleep in and bring the kids down to the Polk for a fun Mother’s Day Craft. You will be creating your own custom vase and cards for Mom. When you are finished decorating your vase, choose from the many flowers we’ll have and put together a beautiful bouquet of flowers to take back to mom. Cost of this craft is $8.00 and please sign up in the office.

11:30am – Tea and Garden Party – Patio

After crafts let’s join Mom on the patio for a Tea Party! Relax and enjoy the beautiful outdoors while sipping on a variety of teas, coffee and juice, while snacking on delicious finger sandwiches and vegetable trays.

1:00pm – Cake Decorating – Polk Room

After a relaxing tea on the patio, come back down to the Polk and try your hand at Cake Decorating. Join us in the Polk and Mrs. King will show us how to decorate a cake for any occasion. You will learn how to create delicate floral designs and other tricks of the trade. Cost for this activity is only $10.00 and you MUST sign up in the office before Friday at 2:00pm.

1:30pm – Cornhole Tournament – Quad

Guys, while the moms are off decorating cakes, join us in the Quad for Cornhole Tournament. We will take 10 teams of 2 and the final team standing will each win a $25.00 gift card.

3:00pm – Water Balloon Toss – Quad

Grab the kids and join us for a water balloon toss at the Quad. This game requires teams of two to catch a fragile water balloon thrown over short to long distances back and forth to each teammate. Play continues with teams tossing the water balloon to one another until only one team is left holding the balloon. The winning team wins a free scoop of ice cream from the Fillmore Ice Cream Parlor.

4:00pm – Wine Tasting with Ducard Vineyards – Jefferson Event Center

Just when you think we’ve done it all, stop by the Jefferson Event Center for a Wine Tasting with Ducard Vineyards. Enjoy wine from this Award-winning Mountainside Vineyard and Winery that is just minutes from Madison Vines. We will be pairing wines with our amazing Charcuterie boards and dinner to follow.

Mother’s Day Dinner

To make this day even better for Mom, join us for an amazing dinner at the Jefferson Event Center. Our Pitmaster Tony and Chef Deb, along with the Madison Vines staff have come up with a dinner you won’t forget.  Enjoy a fresh Summer Salad, Smoked Prime Rib, Green Beans, Baked Potato with Butter, Sour Cream, Cheese and Chives, Rolls, and New York Cheese Cake with Strawberry Drizzle, along with beer, wine and drinks for the kids. All of this for just $15!

We are still working on the entertainment for this evening and keep you posted as we get confirmation on who it will be.

Mother’s Day Breakfast

9:00am – Jefferson event Center

Mom’s before you pack up and head home, stop by Jefferson Event Center for a special breakfast. On the menu, Scrambled Eggs with Red & Green Peppers, Bacon, Fresh Fruit, Muffins, Orange Juice & Mimosas! All this for only $8.00!

Please purchase your $8 breakfast tickets by Noon on Saturday in the office.
