FRIDAY 6/28

1:30 –Sip and Paint – $5 – Polk Craft Room

Enjoy an easy DIY Sip and Paint!

Bring a drink or enjoy a complimentary tasting.

Our staff will be there to help you with your DIY Painting.

3:00 pm – Shaving Cream Wiffle Ball – Quad

Join us for a baseball game with a whiffle ball, bat, and shaving cream! Before each pitch, you fill the ball with shaving cream. As the bat hits, it splatters everywhere—as you catch the ball, you get covered in shaving cream!

4:00 pm – Billiard’s Tournament- Taylor Billiard Room

We are offering a $10 buy-in 9-ball tournament for the first 8 people who sign up. Legally pocket the 9-ball to win your match on our tournament-quality Olhausen tables. The final two people compete in an 8-ball tournament for the $80 pot. *MUST SIGN UP AT THE OFFICE OR CALL 540-948-4186

5:30- Bingo – Cheese Ravioli in Marinara- $8/person – Jefferson Event Center

Join us Friday night for homemade cheese ravioli with garlic bread and marinara sauce.

Food is $8 per person.

Around 6:00, we transition to a fast-paced Bingo with a full payout.

Our four-game card pack is only $5.00 (cash only) to win about $150.

7:00- 8:00 pm – Ice Cream and Board Game Night – $2 Per Scoop Ice Cream –

Join us at the Fillmore Pizza Parlor to enjoy $2 Ice cream and games like uno, scrabble, and Jenga!

SATURDAY 6/30

9:00 – Paint a Glow in Dark Rocks – Polk Room

Join us inside the Polk Room to paint and design in the dark rocks to place outside during the scavenger hunt.

10:00 am – Tote Decorating- Adults/$5 – Polk Room

At the Polk, you can enjoy designing your very own Tote bag using utensils and paint!

*Please sign up in the Office (to ensure we have enough supplies)*

11:30 am – Horseshoe Tournament – Horseshoe Pits

The first eight two-person teams who sign up will enjoy a single elimination format of tournament horseshoes. The winning team receives two Amazon gift cards ($25 each). *Must sign up ahead of time by calling the Office

12:00 – 1 Pool Party with DJ and Dance Contest – Pool

Relax at the Pool with DJ Chip Harvey! We will also play some pool games, including a rubber ducky race, dancing, water volleyball, sharks, and minnows. Our DJ will direct everyone when an activity starts, and our staff will hand out free popsicles. There will be a short Dance contest, and the winner will get a $25 Amazon gift card.

1:30 – Cornhole Tournament – Quad

The first eight two-person teams who sign up will enjoy a single elimination format of tournament cornhole. The winning team receives two Amazon gift cards ($25 each).

2:30 – Water Balloon Toss – Quad

This game requires teams of two to catch a fragile water balloon thrown over a long distance by a teammate. Play continues with teams tossing the water balloon to one another until only one team is left. Each winning team member gets a free scoop of ice cream from Fillmore Ice Cream Parlor.

3:00 – Super Soaker Wagon Ride – Jefferson Event Center

Kids will board the hay wagon, carrying their mega water squirters. Bins of water on the wagon will keep the kids squirting at the RVers, who have hoses aimed at the wagon to squirt back! This is a kids vs adults competition to see who gets totally drenched!

4:00 – $1 Bingo for Prizes – Fillmore Pizza Parlor

Come cool off int he Pizza parlor for 3 quick rounds of Bingo. Only $1 a card or $5 or five cards.

Winners get Madison Vines Merch!

6:00 – Smoked Cornish Game Hen! – Jefferson Event Center

Enjoy plump, seasoned, and smoked to-perfection Cornish Game Hen! We’ll start the evening off with a delicious Madison Vines Caesar salad with juicy cherry tomatoes, basil, and fresh mozzarella cheese. Dinner will be paired with fresh green beans, corn, silver dollar rolls, and a dark chocolate brownie for dessert. All for only $12.00.

6:00 – Live Music: Waking Napster – Jefferson Event Center

Grab your chairs and blankets, and don’t forget those ice-cold drinks. Then, enjoy music by the rock band Waking Napster!

9:00 – Sunday Breakfast Galore – $5 Per Person – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for Breakfast, where we will serve fresh off-the-griddle waffles with real maple syrup, homemade biscuits and gravy, breakfast pizza, and fresh fruit and juice.
