FRIDAY 6/21

2:00 – Glitter Tattoos – $4/tattoo – Polk Crafts Room

Come to the Polk Room to purchase the desired Tattoo; all tattooing will be done at the Polk.

3:00 pm – Shaving Cream Wiffle Ball – Quad

Join us for a baseball game with a whiffle ball, bat, and shaving cream! Before each pitch, you fill the ball with shaving cream. As the bat hits, it splatters everywhere—as you catch the ball, you get covered in shaving cream!

4:00 pm – Billiard’s Tournament- Taylor Billiard Room

We are offering a $10 buy-in 9-ball tournament for the first 8 people who sign up. Legally pocket the 9-ball to win your match on our tournament-quality Olhausen tables. The final two people compete in an 8-ball tournament for the $80 pot. *MUST SIGN UP AT THE OFFICE OR CALL 540-948-4186

5:30- Bingo – Hoosier Pork Tenderloin- $5/person – Jefferson Event Center

Join us Friday night for the ultimate Midwest delicacy- the breaded hoosier sandwich. Made with a massive pork tenderloin pounded out to the size of a small dinner plate, this sandwich is both crunchy and tender!

Food is $5 per person.

Around 6:00, we transition to a fast-paced Bingo with a full payout.

Our four-game card pack is only $5.00 (cash only) to win about $150.

7:00- 8:00 pm – Ice Cream and Board Game Night – $2 Per Scoop Ice Cream –

Join us at the Fillmore Pizza Parlor to enjoy $2 Ice cream and games like uno, scrabble, and Jenga!

SATURDAY 6/22

9:00 – Paint a Birdhouse – Polk Room

Join us inside the Polk Room to paint and design your very own Birdhouse.

*Please sign up in the Office (to ensure we have enough supplies)*

10:00 – Butterfly Suncatchers Craft – $2 – Polk Room

Adults are invited to create a special butterfly suncatcher craft. Each person who attends will be able to decorate a suncatcher, which can be used to decorate your windows or as a small gift.

11:00 – Tye-Dye/ $8 – Outdoor Fillmore Parlor

Join us outside the Polk to create a beautiful tye-dye shirt! Stroll on down to the office to purchase an $8 shirt. Or Buy a Canvas Bag from the Polk Room. If you bring your own T-shirt, the tye-dye is FREE!!

12:30 – Free Throw Contest – Basket Ball Court

This will be a straightforward “whoever makes the most out of 15 free throw shots” competition divided into two flights: kids 16 and under and adults. The winner of each flight will receive a $25 Amazon gift card.

1:30 – Cornhole Tournament – Quad

The first eight two-person teams who sign up will enjoy a single elimination format of tournament cornhole. The winning team receives two Amazon gift cards ($25 each).

2:30 – Water Balloon Toss – Quad

This game requires teams of two to catch a fragile water balloon that is thrown over a long distance by a teammate. Play continues with teams tossing the water balloon to one another until there is only one team left. Each winning team member gets a free scoop of ice cream from Fillmore Ice Cream Parlor.

3:00 – Super Soaker Wagon Ride – Jefferson Event Center

Kids will board the hay wagon, carrying their mega water squirters. Bins of water on the wagon will keep the kids squirting at the RVers, who have hoses aimed at the wagon to squirt back! This is a kids vs adults competition to see who gets totally drenched!

4:00 – Scavenger Hunt – Polk Craft Room

Join us for a delightful and interesting “Photo Scavenger Hunt” to find

Madison Vines’ Treasures are scattered throughout the property!

All kids under 18 who participate and complete the list will enjoy a free ice cream cone from our Fillmore Ice Cream & Pizza Parlor.

6:00 – NY Strip Steak Dinner! – $20 – Jefferson Event Center

Enjoy grilled to perfection, in-house cut New York Strip Steak, Brazilin slaw, sauteed broccoli, loaded baked potato, silver dollar dinner rolls, and apple pie ala mode. All for only $20.00

6:00 – Live Music: Josh Davidson– Jefferson Event Center

Grab your chairs and blankets, and don’t forget those ice-cold drinks. Then, enjoy music by the Acoustic Singer Josh Davidson!

9:00 – Sunday Breakfast Galore – $5 Per Person – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for Breakfast, where we will serve fresh off-the-griddle pancakes with real maple syrup, homemade hashbrown casserole, breakfast pizza, and fresh fruit and juice.
